Grrr....I beat DEEP KING ANGOL and went to the Outskirt Stand. I did not recieve the email about the Shady Guy. Please don't tell me I have to have every shadow pokemon....

Indeed. You must have EVERY shadow pokemon. If you have them, and have recieved no reply, try watchign the TV at the Outskirt stand.
