Story

Five years ago, the titans Groudon and Kyogre were vanquished to the depths of the sea. Peace returned to earth once more and the cataclysmic destruction ceased. Many a human though of this as good thing, that the giant Orca of the Sea and the Raging Beast of the Land were put to rest…

But is it?

The stories on how a chosen child would wake up the Leviathan and Behemoth still exist. One day, a human would hold the Blue Orb with pride, to call out the master of the sea. There will be no fighting, for the Leviathan will be loyal to the Orb’s true holder. Groudon, too, will bow to the Red Orb’s true master.

Not many people know this, but deep down in Pyre Mountain, locked away from peeping eyes, lies the Green Orb, along with its two lesser siblings and a secret duo thought to be in Jhoto – the Rainbow Wing and the Silver Feather…

Five children were chosen from the day they were born, to be the true wielders to the five magical items. They will find their items when the time has come, and from then on, with the items in their hands, they will be invincible. These children come from all walks of life, be they young or too old to call a child, be they rich or poor, strong or weak, they are the Wielders of Power.

However, with such infinite power, there is a price to pay. Five other children were chosen as a ‘host’ to the Legendaries souls. And at the right age, they would transform into the five Legendry beasts every night. One such case was of Lucifer Andersen, who lived in Lucifer’s manor and embodied Lugia under the cover of the night until his dying day. (Reference to older roleplay: the House of Transformation.)

They are not slaves to the wielders, but will need respect and obey the powers of their respectable power objects. Treat them as your friends, not a circus beast and you will be almighty.

Rules

1. Please refrain from profanity, adult topics and 'R-rated' themes, such as blood, killing and sex. (Slight romance is acceptable, but don’t let it blossom into a kissing relationship before our eyes!)

2. I will trust all of you to remain active in this roleplay. Please don’t tell me you “Quit ‘cause you don’t feel like playing in it.”

3. Promise me you will be at lest semi-literate, type in good past tense, and paragraph your posts accordingly. Your posts must have at least ten sentences long with at least six words in each.

4. I repeat – no more than six Pokemon per person. Any larger a group will count as an infringement on official Pokemon state law. No legendary Pokemon (besides the ones you are granted in the roleplay) are to be carried with you at all times.

5. No one is to brand another person a n00b, idiot or any other rude term, no matter how ‘n00bish’ the person seems. And yes, even jerks have feelings!

Name: (A Proper, full name. No parent in the right mind would name their child ‘Shady’, ‘Enishi’ or ‘Shadow’. It’s just wrong…)

Demeanor: (How your character reacts to certain situations and your character’s general outlook on life. And how do people view them? Be a third person and see through your character’s eyes and the eyes of those around him/her. This is meant to be profound! )

Description: (“She was the most beautiful girl in the world, with natural pink, pretty hair and eyes” my foot! Give me something realistic, you aren’t the prettiest girl in the world or ‘totally buff’! At least give your character a natural look.)

Information / Reference

There are only five legendary pokemon and I won’t give them to just any Tom, Dick or Harry who signs up. You must prove your worth; otherwise you could merely choose to be the Legendary itself.

But this tough selection process is a good thing, since it allows everyone a chance at getting to be a Legendary. Aim for the right one and cross your fingers with hope, dears!

Demeanor:
A very friendly soul. He oftens alters from being a outgoing-social person to a loner. Exophi can be annoying at times, but usually with those he doesn't know he'll act more solitary. If you can't tell, he's kind of shy. He has very solid views on the way pokemon should be treated and detests people who treat pokemon like less than they deserve. He has a very strong value in life and can take both sides in an argument. Even one that he's involved in feircely. Disapproving of battle, Exophi will take almost any step to avoid conflict in life.

Semi-long moss green hair coats Exophi's head. He usually wears greenish clothing.

History:
For the second year of his life Exophi was raised by a family of Bulbasaurs and an Ivysaur. His parents weren't dead at the time, he just wandered away from their eyes into the nearby forest. When people finally found him a year later, he was happily livingf amoung the forest life. During this time his parents had franticly searched for him, until just recently before when their vehicle crashed on a trip to relatives in New Bark Town. Growing up, Exophilus wan't really affected much by the incident. After all, the bulbasaurs and their two parents seemed like family enough to him.

Exophi inherited the small home in Azalea, located in southern Johto. He had a fairly easy life, helping run a daycare center just north of the forst in Summer and Fall to earn a little money. He had many friends in the town over the years, most of which were pokemon. Recently he has moved out of Azalea to a house just north of New Bark Town, a large house. A fair number of the townspeople are suspicious of him, including his aunt and uncle. As well as the town proffesor, who knew Exophi well before he came to town. Exophilus wants to experience the world, and has travelled a great deal since aquiring the building 'Lucifer's Manor'.

Nickname: Shadow
Species: Houndour
Personality: Saunte has no respect for his trainer. Absolutely none. Shadow has left Exophi in dangerous situations before because his mood didn't suit the situation. Can be very aggresive and rash, although he wasn't a very powerful member of pack.
History: While he lived above the Ruins of Alp, Saunte was always teased by other wolves. He wasn't quite a runt, but that didn't stop them from teasing him. "Fluffly," they would always call him. One day Saunte grew fed up with their behaviour and ran away from home. No one knew where he had gone, they still don't know. Saunte doesn't talk to others about his pack and will feign deafness if the subject persists. Other of Exophi's pokemon call him fluffy, but they aren't being cruel when they say it. At one point in time he had burned down a significant portion of his trainer's house.

Personality: Ripley is extremely friendly and carefree. Almost too carefree, he's been know to walk slowly across highways without noticing the traffic. It doesn't help that he's extremely klutzy. He loves to meet new people, just have fun outdoors. He also loves to sleep. And food, if you're bothered by messy eaters, I'd advise you to not look at this beast while he's hungry
History: Ripley was one of the members of the family that raised Exophilus. Though he can't understand Ripley's words, Exophi seems to be able to understand Ripley's thoughts. Exophi is Ripley's best friend, out of about four other human friends and over five-hundrered pokemon friends. He's very popular because of his attitude.

Species: Scyther
Personality: Queit. Has a powerful aura about him. Almost unnaturally so. Has a very goo sense of approaching danger, though he doesn't know what form that danger will take. Sharpclaw is deeply in love with an Espeon, but he hasn't seen her for a few months.
History: Not much is disclosed about Shady's past. He found Exophi the National Park, that was clearly not the other way around. There was no park ball. Even so, Exophi won the contest and a months supply of Rage Candy Bars. Ripley ate them all, but it felt good to win them.

Nickname: Silver
Species: Spinarak
Personality: Friendly when need be, but is rather cold otherwise. She has a plentiful amount of magical knowledge, but can use none of it unless she has a great deal of time to prepare.
History: Exophi caught this pokemon in a cursed manor. During the adventure, Silver helped him out immensely. She also gave up on him after a while and left him for the house to claim, but Exophi doesn't know that. Everything worked out in the end, after Exophi inherited the building and developed his 'condition'. Silver considers it her duty to watch over him now.

Other:
He has a strange condition that won't be discussed in this RP for godmodding reasons. Exophi shouldn't be seen at nighttime.
EDIT - Apparently, he's to keep the trait of being a were-lugia...

Roleplay Sample:
Lucifer's Manor is, mine? When he had discover this, the thought had filled him with excitment. Who would have guessed he could be so lucky? The ultimate power of one of the ledgendary birds and a huge house, it was amazing! All of it had been pure luck, mainly stumbling around blindly as he tried to find a way to get a good news story.

He had been blessed/cursed to turn into a Lugia every night. For some people, this would have been dreadful, but it didn't bother Exophilus too much. He was overjoyed with his ability to fly and the ability to speak with his pokemon. Life had never been better. With his newfound speed, he had been able to visit the world like never before, through the eyes of a pokemon. The only problem he had now were trainers who tried to catch him. Thankfully he was able to stop all but the most powerful of pokeballs. One time he had been unlucky enough to run into a teenager with funding from Silph Company, and had almost been captured; but that was all behind him now. He had visited most continents of the world in the past seven months, and was finally ready to take a break.

Currently he was flying towards Cherrygrove City, over the ocean. The sky was lightening. This hinted that if the Exophi couldn't make it to the shoreline within a few more minutes he would be forced to swim. He flew harder and faster than regularly, trying to speed towards the coast. Come on, come on, he urged himself. The thoughts broadcast themselves into all the townspeoples dreams due to Exophi's psychic trait. One fisherman on the small island west of Cherrygrove jumped in shock, allowing the goldeen he had just snared to escape. The sun peaked over the horizon, and the hollow bird-bones began to fill with human marow. Exophi's wing began forming into arms, and neck shark to bring his head back to his shoulders. His acceration towards the earth was increasing, this would not be pleasant. With his partially formed wings Exophilus tried to steer his way into the water smoothly. He just made it onto the land. The sandy grains of the beach scratched into his left side as he skidded along the shore. He flipped onto his back shortly to avoid the most of the pain. Still, Ouch. His broken white feather melted away into unbroken skin. He lay for several seconds, still in shock from the impact.

Thankfully this couldn't have happened in the middle of the day. It was embarrasing enough being alone and having this happen. Exophi took his backpack off the beach (it had been carried in his mouth) and got clothes out quickly. Telepathicly he took the copius amounts of sand off his body. It was only about a thirty minute ride from here. Exophi speedily assembled his Mach bike and rode towards home.

Don't worry, Exophi, I'm sure you'll manage to be active! You always were in my last two roleplays! (I'll reserve you a spot!) I'm most positive you'll make a wonderful Legendary master, too! :happy:

I think Dimitri would be a good idea, since I did mention that too many a roleplayer here prefers using teenagers and don't even have any charcters over twenty!

Lonewolf, I need you to write long and in good past tense. (see my rules) You used to write in present tense, which was annoying. Promise me you'll improve for this roleplay, I already have a spot reserved for you! (Miss Wanly has faith in you, bud! Do me proud!)

Demeanor:

Kento usually has a positive outlook on life, and takes the happenings around him in stride. With a natural ability to sense others' feelings, Kento is very personable and quick to aid those who require help in their time of need. Occasionally, Kento experiences a dramatic change in mood during highly distressing times, but is quick to deal with his rampant inner thoughts. He is also very intelligent, and thinks things through before acting on his decision. Rarely does he act impulsively, but when he does, it's usually for a good reason or cause.

Description:

Kento belongs to one of the largest groups in the world, which spans the four continents and everywhere in between: the Pokemon Rangers. As such, he is usually seen wearing the customary black T-shirt and pants, steel-toed boots, and bright orange cap and jacket of the Ranger-in-training. Often there is a length of rope attached to his utility belt, which houses a large knife, his Pokeballs, and various other odds and ends needed to survive in the wilderness. He has a small messenger bag which contains MREs, various healing items, and a small first-aid kit.

History:

Kento was born and raised in Goldenrod City (The Festive City of Opulent Charm), the largest city in the Johto region. He is the brother of a twelve-year-old sister by the name of Mara, and a two-year-old brother named Stevun. As a child, he attended the newly-founded Goldenrod Elementary School, excelling at reading and writing, and needing dire aid in mathematics and the sciences.

Kento obtained his first Pokemon in a slightly different manner than those trainers who make the trek to New Bark Town to start their Trainer careers. At the age of eleven, Kento happened upon a badly-wounded Eevee in an alleyway and took it to the nearby Pokemon Center, where it made a full recovery within a few months. A short time after that, Eevee evolved into Espeon during the night as Kento was sleeping. The two have been nearly inseperable since.

Upon successfully obtaining his diploma from Goldenrod Regional High School, Kento was entered into the Academy of Pokemon, a small campus nestled deep inside Ilex Forest. There, he joined the local district of Pokemon Rangers, and began dating a fellow student by the name of Whitney, who was a senior at the Academy. After a year or so, they broke ties so that Whitney could take over as the Gym Leader of the Goldenrod City Gym and Kento could focus upon finishing his schooling. Kento graduated with a Masters in Pokemon Training Methods, with a minor in Pokemon and Wilderness Survival, and became eligible to travel around the globe in an all-expense, Academy-paid trip. The purpose for the trip was not quite clear, but his professors at the Academy informed him that he was to aid as many people and Pokemon as he could along his journey. They believed that this would build character in the boy, eventually leaving him with enough experience to return to the Academy and teach classes one day.

So, Kento departed aboard the local passenger ship and headed for high adventure in far-off places.

Roleplay Sample:

Kento clicked the mouse a few times, scrolling through the various menues until he arrived at his mailbox. He smiled as he read the message from his mother in Goldenrod City, a lifetime away it felt, then noticed a small symbol next to the subject line which read Hope You Are Well, Son!

"A physical attachment?" he frowned. He scooted the chair back to check to see if the PC had the equipment needed to transfer real items. It did.

A small box thrummed quietly beside the PC. It was colored like a Pokeball, halved with red on the top and white on the bottom, and had a translucent top. Inside, Kento could see short needles surrounding what appeared to be a small projector.

He shrugged and clicked Accept.

Brightly-colored lights sprang forth from the needles and connected just above the projector, which burst into life. Kento knew the needles to be part of the materialization system, which created the holographic image that was displayed by the projector. Lo and behold, the holograph slowly began to take on a more solid look, from the top to the bottom. After a minute or so, the PC let out a chime and the item was complete, the top of the transfer box popping open with a quick hiss.

Kento reached in and plucked out a small off-color purple spray bottle with a sterile, seperately packaged needle attached to the side. His mother had sent him a Potion. He looked back at the message.

Your form is almost flawless, but do you think you could help me by puting up Kento's Pokemon's personalities? I just like to see what his pokemon act like, since I'm allowing the idea of 'Talking Pokemon' in this roleplay. ( ...Pretty Please?)

My two favorite charries are quite young (I can't recall Sky's age but I know that Aaron is 13) so I might just make a newe character with the age range of 19-25.
Yes, you called me that on 'A Co-Ordinator's Journey', after I told you guys I was back from my hiatus!

I did do as much research on 4th Gen pokemon as I could; I remembered all movests by heart and I tried to know all the new abilities, so I blatantly allow anyone to use one! :biggrin: I must be one of the first board owners to ever do so...

You should try to make an older character, since older charcters have a longer past, and it'd be easier to type one!

Oh, Compass, use the 'edit' button that comes with all your posts, that way don't need to take all the trouble to repost your form! :oops: (there is also a 'delete' option in your edit box, just in case you need to get rid of the extra form.) I love your avatar - leave it that way!

Description:
Yasuki has black hair, blue eyes, and is 5ft. 6in.She wears a red, flower designed, traditional kimono with tan sandals.Her hair is tied up in a ponytail that hangs down low.The tie that holds up her hair is a red ribbon.Yasuki always carries an old red bag to hold her poke balls.

History:Yasuki was born in the forest outside of Azalea Town.Her mother, Kasumi, had taken a short walk in the woods to clear her mind.When Kasumi stoped to catch her breath, she suddenly went pale and screamed,"Help, my babys coming!"After hearing that, the townspeople came rushing into the forest.Twenty minutes later,a baby was crying for her mother.

Over the years, Yasuki had put a "spell" on her family.It was a "magic spell" of happiness, when Yasuki touched Kasumi, a feeling of pure love engulfed Kazumi's entire body.It had something to do with the forest of Yasuki's birth.The magic forest was said to hone the ledgendary celebi in its branches.Many people in Azalea gossiped that maybe thats the reason Yasuki had an energetic
appeal.

Five years after Yasuki's birth, a trainer named Volvo came to Azalea.No one noticed him though, because young Yasuki had tumbled into the road while a car was headed straight for her!Volvo
ran on to the street, grabed Yasuki, and managed to get away before the car came.

After that ordeal, Yasuki wanted to know everything about her hero.So Volvo told her about being a trainer.About the journeys, about the pokemon, even about the incredible region, Hoen.She was inspired to go to the trainer school in Rustboro(Volvo told her about it).Yasuki applied and was exepted!Yasuki stayed at the school until she was ten, and left to become a master.For five years, Yasuki traveled the lands, and now she'll be going on an even bigger journey...

Yasuki found Luka on the high peaks of Mt.Silver.She was visiting her family, when they decided to go on vacation to Mt.Silver.Yasuki was climbing a large rock, when she saw it; a scizor!She
threw a poke-ball and after three jiggles-it was caught!Luka loves fighting and can be a tad stubborn.

Delcatty/Maroon
When Yasuki first started her journey, she saw a small skitty in a bush.She battled the skitty with her first pokemon Luka.Eventually, the skitty fainted and was captured.Maroon loves luxury and hates to fight.Although Maroon can be snooty and mean, shes nice if you get to now her.

Torchic/Cinna
Yasuki got Cinna as a gift for graduating the trainer school.Cinna loves fighting and is docile, Cinna also can be a trouble-maker.

It was a sunday morning,and Yasuki was just starting to stir.She was in the Petalburg woods, an inkling away from Rustboro."Wow, what a beautiful day!"Yasuki exclaimed.She then grabed all three of her pokemon's pokeballs and said"Let's go!"

Cinna chirped happily from being released from its pokeball.Luka gave a low yawn and sharpened its claws on a nearby rock.Maroon scowled at Yasuki as she retracted her nails."Okay guys,
we need to get to Petalburg tonight.You know how much I want to beat Norman!"Yasuki whined to her pokemon.

The pokemon shuffled their feet in agreement.Yasuki gathered her bag, and stomped through the forest.Battle tactics were swarming through her head, when she bumped into a tree.Cinna
bursted into laughter.Luka grinned, while Maroon snickered."Its not funny!"Yasuki yelled.She recalled her pokemon and put the pokeballs in her old red bag.Unfortunately, it had rained the
night before, and dew was still on the trees.That meant the red kimono she wore from Ecruteak was soaked, and Yasuki wasn't happy."I just hope I get to Petalburg soon,"she muttered to her
self as she trudged through the woods.

Since Yasuki was born in a magical forest, she is half Ho-oh, but doesn't know it yet.

Name: Kurina Forest

Age: 24

Demeanor: Kurina has a spunky personality and a loving heart. People often describe her as a girl who loves anyone. Kurina sometimes can get carried away and acts before she thinks. Kurina can lose her temper and explode in anger. But she always asks for forgiveness to anyone she offended.

Description: Kurina has back-length blonde hair, crystal blue eyes, peach colored skin. She weighs at about 157 lbs. and is six foot three. She wears very dark blue jeans, white T-shirt with light blue sleeves. She wears brown hiking boots. A dark blue vest, dark blue knapsack.

History: Kurina lived in a rich family. She'd never seen a Pokemon until at age five she saw a Vulpix at the park. Her parents allowed her to keep it. Kurina played with Vulpix every day. One day Kurina found a Fire Stone at a store, her parents bought it for her. Kurina gave it to Vulpix and it evolved into Ninetails.
But one night Kurina's house burned down. Her parnets blamed Ninetails for it and sent Ninetails away. Kurina was devistated, she was so upset she wouldn't speak to anyone. Her parents tried to comfort any way they could, but nothing helped. Kurina told herself she'd never have a friend like Ninetails ever again.
But at age twenty, when she lived on her own because she felt like she didn't have enough liberty to do things she wanted to do. A lone Ninetails came to Kurina's door, Kurina took in the Ninetails as her own. Kurina found a faded red velvet coloar around Ninetails' neck. She recognized the collar immediately. Kurina was bursting with happy tears as she hugged her old friend.
Kurina adopted Pichu when she turned eighteen, Pichu was very shy at first, and wouldn't come out from under the sofa. But with a little bit of coaxing. Kurina managed to befriend Pichu.
Kurina found Aipom up in her tree in the front yard, Aipom always jumped down from the tree and hunted Kurina's pockets for food. So Kurina kept Aipom. Pichu, Aipom and Ninetails are fast friends.

Looks: Ninetails has lighter colored fur than most Ninetails. Making her look white in the sunlight. She also wears a faded red velvet collar.
Personality: Ninetails is the calm type. She prefers to lay back and watch others have fun. But she can get snappy at times. Ninetails hardly ever plays, but only when Kurina is out on errands.
History: When Ninetails was young she lived in the park with her family. But one day her family was taken away from her. Ninetails wandered from place to place. But everywhere she went no one would take her in. Until she found one young girl. Really the young girl found her. But as sooon as Ninetails set eyes on the girl she knew she had found a friend.

Gender: Male
Looks: Pichu is smaller than other Pichu, so he can fit into smaller places (I mean really small). Pichu wears a blue collar around his neck.
Personality: Pichu has an energetic personality. He never stops running (But he only stops when there is food). Kurina has a hard time keeping up with him. She once was tempted to put a tracker on his collar.
History: Pichu was the runt of the litter, his mother never wanted anything to do with him. So his father took Pichu to a place where he would be cared for. Pichu's father had placed him behind a trash can. two hours later everyone could hear a tiny cry. Someone found Pichu and cared for him for a week, then Kurina came and adopted him.

Age: 10
Gender: Male
Looks: Aipom has a longer tail, making him able to reach higher things. Kurina has to keep locks on the cabinet doors so he can't get to the contents.
Personality: Aipom is the humorous one out of the trio. He loves to play jokes on his friends. He never seems to run out of ideas for pranks. He's almost given Kurina a heart attack by one of his pranks. But he has a kind heart, and loves his trainer and Ninetails and Pichu.
History: Aipom never knew much about his family. He was a wanderer, living from place to place. Aipom finally came across a quiet town, and found a perfect tree to live in. When he saw Kurina he made friends quickly. Ever since then he's ben a loyal Pokemon.

Roleplay Sample: Kurina was outside in her flower garden pulling weeds when the phone rang. Kurina ran inside and quickly picked up the phone.

"Hello, Kurina Forest speaking," Kurina said into the phone. Her face lit up with happiness as she recognized the voice. Ninetails pawed at Kurina's jeans. Kurina looked down at Ninetails and petted her head. Ninetails sighed and walked over to the cabinet, she pawed at the cabinet and whined. Kurina told Ninetails to wait and then spoke into the phone.

"I'm fine, mother. How 'bout you?" Kurina said, she tossed all her Pokemon a cookie. They ate it like they hadn't been fed for a week. Kurina shook her head with a smile. Her mother started talking about all that happened at the house. Ever since Kurina's father had died two months ago her mother seemed unusually cheerful.

"Kurina, darling. I've been jabbering so much I've hadn't put in the best part," Kurina's mother exclaimed. Kurina tapped the counter with her fingernails. Waiting for her mother to tell her.

"I'm getting married!" Her mother said happily. Kurina nearly dropped the phone. She was speechless. Ninetails, Pichu and Aipom looked at Kurina.

"You are? To who?" Kurina asked, she grabbed a pen and a pad of paper.

"To the guy across the street. You know, The man who fixed our roof." Kurina wrote down the man's name. Kurina later hung up the phone and sighed. She turned to her Pokemon, they looked at her with their mouths open. Kurina laughed and headed back out to finish weeding. She couldn't believe it, her mother was getting married.

Entei, you need to show what kind Pokemon Kurina has. Are they rude, brash sly or cunning? Treat each pokemon like a minature character and it'll get very, very interesting from then on!

Your history needs some work; I know Ninetails and Kurina liked each other and everything else about their relationship, but what about her other two Pokemon? When did they come into her life? Why did Kurina move away from her parents?

I won't give you Ho-Oh just yet, since other people may want it, though you are a prime candidate! You're Pending untill you work out your form a little.

Name: Zeno Alexander Red

Age: 16

Demeanor: Zeno is a very mysterious person. To get to know his is in fact no knowing him at all. He changes everyday so you can never tell. He's very quiet and tends to be the sneaky one. He's very passionate about his friends and Pokemon. He would do anything for any of them. He tends to talk more to his Pokemon than his friends. He's been like that ever since he was a little kid.

They loved each other the first time they met. They walked around together, played games together, and did all kinds of different stuff together. When Zeno was at the tender age of twelve he applied for a trainer's license. He got what he wanted and visited Professor Oak in the little lovely town of Pallet. Oak acknowledged the bond and decided that Trigger would be a good starter for Zeno. After four years of gym battling, Trigger has grown into a growlithe, gotten stronger, and had put full trust into Zeno.

Valkus was Zeno's dads's Eevee. When Zeno's dad was too busy to care for Valkus, he gave him to Zeno. This was Zeno's second Pokemon, so he was really excited to have it. He treated it just as good as he did Trigger. Valkus fell in love with the young boy, and one special night when they had just beat the last leader on Kanto, Vakus decided to evolve into Umbreon. Since then, he has been traveling the land with Valkus as his second hand man.

Okay, Ifrit, you're still pending. In case you haven't noticed, your rp sample's quite messy and unclear, it'd be good that you'd do it up properly. I don't think it'd be good for Zeno to have no single personality, as he'd be very unpredictable and unstable. I take it that he's a Hoenn trainer, too?

Don't rush through your form, dearie, do it nice and slowly and take your time. That way, we'll all know how good your form can really be.

History: She grew up in a great family that was prone to using a type of pokemon that was one certain type. Her mother was loving of pearls and bivalves, so she used the team of Cloyster, Shelder and Clamperl. Her father on the other hand used the dog natured pokemon like, Houndoom, Mightyena and Arcanine. They taught Lenne to like pokemon like that aswell, and she fell in love with snakes. Her father gave her an Ekans he caught 2 days before he gave it to her, so it could get used to her.

Personality: Its a pokemon very close to Lenne seeing as it was her first when she recieved it from her father. Its power is only succumbed by its speed. It evolved from Ekans a few weeks after Lenne started to train with it, being one of her first pokemon its the farthest along in its journey alongside Lenne. This pokemon was the first in Lenne's collection of snake shaped pokemon.

Species: Seviper
Personality: She caught Hisser awhile after she started training her Ekans, when this Seviper tried attacking her out in the wild she was prone to wanting it after she saw it use Poison Tail. Her Ekans dispatched it rather easily with a wrap followed by a slam after it went into the ground with power. Hisser was caught and Lenne instantly fell in love with him, and the color of his hide and skin.

Species: Milotic
Personality: It was once a Feebas. Lenne defeated the Feebas and caught it after a swift double team from Seviper and Arbok. A double wrap seemed to be to much for the Feebas and Lenne caught it after it was deemed knocked out for sure. She ended up evolving the Feebas after she got a Pokeblock Case and blended up some very dry berries. The Feebas evolved into what is now her Ice Queen...or Milotic.

Lenne looks back as her newly captured Onix was sent flying back by a blast of water from a Pokemon hiding under the water. She lowers her head and giggles a little bit as she returns the Onix to its ball. She smiles as she launched a Pokeball from her hand and out comes the beautiful Ice Queen, as it dives under the water to find the Poliwhirl that just attacked her Onix. Lenne smiles as she calls out HYDRO PUMP! and she see's a large jet of water fire into a fountain in the middle of the lake as the Poliwhirl is left on the ground infront of her.

"SEVIPER COME ON OUT AND USE POISON TAIL AND DISPATCH OF THIS ANNOYING THING" the ball opens and out comes Seviper, its tail grows a beautiful shape of purple as it strikes the Poliwhirl and sends it flying back into the water. Lenne nods and lifts up two pokeballs as Milotic and Seviper return to the pokeballs. Lenne picks up her backpack and smiles as she throws the pokeball with Onix in it. She smiles at the balls holding Seviper and Milotic as she returns them to her belt.

She is walking down the path and she takes a sudden turn and she heads into the Pokemon center along that route. She walks up to one of the PCs and she picks up the phone.

"Lenne is that you?" Her father appears on the screen and he smiles at her.

"Yupp, hey daddy whats up?....I was just here to send you a pokemon to hold for me." She looks over to a teleporting pod and she places the pokeball holding Onix on it.

"Alright send it on over" it shows him looking over as a lighting sort of thing appears on the screen and he holds up a pokeball. "I just got him, and your mother wanted me to say hi. Well I'll talk to you later honey, dinner's ready" Those are the last words he says before the call is cut off. "Hmmm. Well what to do now."

She walks out of the pokemon center and walks down the path out of site.

Lenne, you're pending too. It's not that you're language is bad - you history just needs to be a tad longer, and your posts should be in past tense. Otherwise, I'll be glad to accept you into this roleplay!

...Did you know that some people who do not choose to have Legendaries can opt to tranform into the controlled Legendaries themselves? I'm most sure Lenne would make a great Rayquaza, or Kyogre!

Well... You still have some major grammar errors. For instance:

road.A car was headed straight for her when Volvo ran into the street and saved her
from a horrible death.

First, your text should be flat-out on the post. Otherwise, it gets rather hard to read it, don't you agree?

Now the next one isn't an order, but your 'history' heading should usually be in bold. Not that you have to do it, it's just a suggestion. (Another suggestion is that you shouldn't use the word 'anyway' when writing something as important as your history, it sounds like slang.) We also don't need to know what Yasuki or Kasumi (Do you think you could give them an English name? It's confusing.) Was doing when they were born. Spare us anything that is irrelevant.

Then, you should put spaces in between words and after commas and signs. Watch this:

History: Yasuki was born in the forest outside of Azalea Town. And over the years, Yasuki had put a spell on her family; it was a magic spell of happiness, when Yasuki touched her mother, a feeling of pure love would engulf her entire body. This spell had something to do with the forest that Yasuki was born in.

I'm not nit-picking, but how on earth did a young girl, under five years of age, know how to use a spell? Or how did she even learn witchcraft in the first place? (I'm surprised that she wasn't burned at stake she moment she took out her spellbook and cape!)

Your roleplay sample needs to be longer as well. How did her Delcatty evolve? Why did she choose Torchic? Was she aware that her Torchic would one day grow into a fighting monster? How did she befriend such a rare pokemon such as Scizor? You need some depth in your pokemon!

Where was Yatsuki born? Was it Ecruteak, where Kimonos such as the one she wears are rampant? Or Rustboro, where the 'trainers school' is located and Yatsuki is mentioned to be close by in your sample? I need to know the birthplace of your character before I can properly assign you a pokemon.

...Unless you want to be a Legendary itself? (Please, respect the Legendary Pokemon; it's 'Legendary', not 'Led'.)

Name: Luther Oliver Cook

Age: 11

Demeanor: Luther is an introvert. He likes to keep to himself and his pokemon unless someone is being mistreated. Especially if it is a pokemon. He'll do almost anything except violance to help others, and has stood up for quite a few people. He tries his best in school, but out of school he is always trieing to learn more about pokmon.

Description: Luther is fair skinned. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He is a little attractive but really thinks of himself just like anybody else. He is a little on the thin side, but has pretty strong legs, trained to run for a long time by his Poochyena and Electrike.

History: Luther Oliver Cook travels around a lot. He was born in a city in Kanto. Fuchsia City was where he spent his first six years. Suddenly his parents packed up and were off, never telling him why. To this day Luther wonders, and trys to get information. But it was no use then. Maybe they just felt like traveling the world over, but he didn't know. Traveling has helped him, though. He has learned many useful things in his short life. He has been many places. In every school he has been to he has tried something new, but one thing always happens; he ends up defending the victums of bullies. He got his first pokemon when he was seven and has been training ever since. Everywhere he goes, he makes sure to bring them with. And he doesn't regret it. Quite a few times they have helped him. He used to hunt with his dad, but was, and still is, very clumsy. He was usually a loner in school, having maybe one or two friends.

Speices: Poochyena
Personality: Very protective on the outside, a little ball of goofyness on the inside. When around people he doesn't know, Guard acts very much like his name. He'll stay by your side and watch the other person very closely. One move that he feels you don't like and he'll go off like a bomb, barking and straining. On the other hand, when he is around people he does know, Guard is a real puppy! He'll jump all over others, smothering them in licks. He'll dizzy them with his inexhaustable speed. One thing he loves is to run in circles. Not quite chase his tail but just to run in circles. Now that will get you dizzy!

Name: Princess
Species: Absol
Personality: If your looking for a house cat, you've found one! Princess loves to lie around. She steps daintily and eats the same way. Don't let this soft outside fool you though, for Princess is one heck of a fighter! Her swift mind thinks ahead to make a plan as she fights. So she is always four steps ahead of her opponent. Sometimes, though, she does trip up, and that can sometimes decided who wins.

Name: Bolt
Species: Electrike
Personality: Luther has another high-energy pokemon, Bolt. Bolt could run for twelve hours straight if he wanted too. Before exercising, Bolt can do a loadful of damage to any opponent, no matter how fast they are! His quick attack at those times really packs a punch. After a long day, though, he slows down and tires out. His best performance really comes at the start of the day, not at the end. He is still quick on his feet, but not as quick and not as sure footing. Slipping and tripping are signs that he has really got to slow down and take a break. Of course he won't want to, for he likes to end things he starts, but it is really for the best.

Roleplay Sample: Luther jumped out of the car and rushed around to the trunk. Throwing open the trunk he quickly sorted through the bags until he found a dark blue one. Yanking it out of the cranny it was stuck in, Luther put it on the ground by his feet and kept on loading the bags and suitcases into a cart that stood by the car. By the time he saw his father coming back from a lighted hotel with a smile on his face Luther had finished filling up the cart and had closed the trunk. Picking up the dark blue bag, he set it on top so he could easily get it when they got up to their room. That is, if there was any more room in the hotel they had stopped by at midnight.
Luther raced to his dad and jabbered away. “Is there room? What is the number? What floor is it on? Are there elevators?” He flooded his dad with more questions.
Luther’s father had a big grin plastered to his face. “Yes, we’ve got a room.”

It isn't completely done yet, but I thought I'd post what I had so far...

Name: Grace Momi

Age: 22

Demeanor: Grace is a peacemaker, not a troublemaker. Grace is quite kindly and will always put others before herself. Trying to always avoid conflict in life, Grace would rather try and make peace with a rampaging Gyarados than fight and catch it. Grace’s kindly attitude is most likely caused by her not so perfect past, trying to push her bad memories into the back of her head and make sure no one will ever have to suffer like she did. But Grace isn’t always so nice; when bad memories come back to her she’ll become sharp edged and snappy to anyone who tries to even talk to her in her times of despair.

History: Twenty-six years ago a girl named Grace (She can't remember her oringinal last name) was born in Hakutai City, a peaceful town of the region Shinou (or Sinnoh). Immediately after being born, people felt happy around the girl, and the peaceful town became even more peaceful.

Grace grew up with three older brothers and two older sisters as well as a baby brother. Although the seven siblings didn’t always get along, they were relatively nice to each other and liked being together. But one-day Grace’s mother and father finally agreed that they couldn’t handle seven children. So Grace and her siblings were put up for adoption, and never saw their parents again.

At the orphanage children were given pokemon so that they would feel like they had someone other than just themselves. The pokemon that Grace was given was a Venonat that she later named Violet because of it’s deep purple coloring. Grace loved Violet, but she was no substitute for her siblings and parents.

One Saturday at the orphanage, Grace was playing with Violet when Miss Habenhoul (the mean woman who ran the orphanage) came and found her. She had with her a young couple that kept on saying how cute Grace was. Grace didn’t know it at the time, but this was the beginning of her new life. Miss Habenhoul brought Grace and Violet to her office, and the young couple signed some papers. Grace then learned that their names were Terry and Joan Momi, and that they would be her new “parents.” Grace, Violet, and a small suitcase full of their things were all put in the back seat of a car that had smelled strange to Grace at the time (Mabye it was new car smell, Grace had never smelled a new car though, so she wouldn't of known.), and Grace remembered driving away from the place she had known as her home for almost a year.

Terry and Joan brought her to another city, and they all boarded on to a large boat. Grace remembered that the stay on the boat was nice, but it would have been better if Terry hadn’t gotten seasick. On the boat (that she now knew was called the S.S. Anne) Grace got her first taste of pokemon battling. There was a tournament going on at the time and Grace enjoyed watching the pokemon battles with Joan, Violet and Fleur (Joan’s Flareon). The S.S. Anne was very luxurious, nicer then anywhere that Grace had been before.

When the S.S. Anne finally stopped after a few days, and Terry and Joan told Grace that they were in Olivine City, Johto and that this is were they lived, and were she would live to now. Grace liked Olivine City and she adapted to her new life quite quickly.

After a few weeks of settling in Grace started attending the pokemon trainers school in Goldenrod City, which was only a short bus ride away. Grace enjoyed the school and learned how to pokemon battle as well as better ways of taking care of her pokemon too. Plus one day Grace and Violet were in an intense battle with a boy and his Houndour, and after Violet delivered the final blow she began to glow and change from a furry bug ball into a beautiful, light purple moth that Mrs. DuBois (Grace’s battling teacher) said was a Venomoth.

As Grace grew older eventually graduated from the Pokemon Trainers School in Goldenrod and started attending Ecruteak University, where she was studying to become a teacher. After Grace grduated, she decided she would take another year off before she would start he next four years of school, the ones that would offically make her a teacher.

Grace has a now small apartment in Blackthorn City now and is liking it a lot. But on one fateful night Grace’s body became covered with strange, glowing marks and her skin started turning a bluish color. She had an urge to get to water, and it was a good thing she did…

Age: 7
Olivine was named for the wonderful city that Grace had lived in with Joan and Terry, as Olivine had reminded Grace of the people and landscape of the city for whatever reason.

Olivine was captured after Grace’s first experience turning into the whale like creature, as it found her lying on the shore. Olivine is a kindly little pokemon that loves to battle and will try and take on even pokemon three times as big as him.

Gender: Female
Age: 18
Violet was named for her deep purple coloring as a Venonat, Grace now thinks that Lavender would probably fit Violet better but Grace could never change Violet’s name.

Violet was given to Grace at the Orphanage where children were given pokemon to help them feel like they had someone other than themselves, and Grace was given Violet and they’ve been together ever since.

Although Violet isn’t much of a battler, Grace and Violet share a special bond that almost nothing could brake.

Other: Grace is a Were-Kyogre, but she becomes unconscious when she transforms and the Kyogre part of her takes over.

Grace has an overwhelming love for Sweet Honey!

Technically, all the items are inscribed with the name 'Violet' and the Wielders get strange dreams to go there. So some may choose to go to Violet city to seek for what this means, while those cursed to be the manservants of the Wielders are drawn there.

In the Sprout Tower lies the big secret and the cure for the 'Were-Pokemon' gene. Whether the cursed people will cure themselves or stay as they are dpened on their Wielders...

But I was so worried, since Danne112 just vanished without a trace herself! (I'm still trying to find her, do you have any luck?) You my bestest, best friend on PE2K, and this forum will never be the same without you!

(Finally) My Form

Name: Judith ‘Jade’ Naideen Andersen

Age: Fourteen (So sorry for making her a teenager! I had to make her correspond with Exophi’s form.)

Demeanor: Judith is rather bashful and shy, due to an incident that happened a year ago that involved a were-Lugia and a curse. But she can really work hard at things she enjoys (like training her dragon Pokemon). Originally a rebellious teenager with a non-conformist attitude, the night in Lucifer’s Manor has opened her eyes to a world she’d been oblivious to. She’s now much sportier and caring towards her Pokemon, and has become more down to earth.

Description: Judith was born an albino, but dyed her hair deep blue to mimic her oldest sister, and (on her parent’s request) wears color contacts to hide her red eyes. She doesn’t always use her contact lenses as she views them troublesome and sometimes uses glasses instead. Her hair comes down to her shoulders, and she usually ties them up in pigtails.

She’s rather skinny, with slight Hypermobility (Double-Jointed) syndrome. This seems to tally in her Pokemon form, the serpentine Rayquaza.

History:
Judith was born as the youngest daughter of the wealthy Andersen family, with two older sisters. The oldest became a Rocket soon after obtaining a Trainer’s License, and her second oldest sister married into royalty. ‘Jade’, not achieving anything for years, was the failure of the family.

Being an albino restricted her to live under the shade of her house for years, never being allowed to leave her home in New Bark Town. As her parents, both afflicted with albinism, were teased as children, Judith and her older sisters were not allowed to have social lives. Tutors who visited the house home schooled them, and a firm rule was imposed that they’d never leave the house. Cracking under boredom, Jade’s oldest sister ran away from home and joined the twisted Rockets after she turned twelve; but the middle child stayed where she was, in fear of the outside world. She later was forcefully wed to another noble family.

Jade, however, liked to imagine the strange beasts that roamed the world and would occasionally sneak out of the house to explore the woods by New Bark Town. On a hill, overlooking the town was an enormous mansion called ‘Lucifer’s manor’. Judith was chosen to solely inherit the mansion when she came of age. It was supposed to be cursed, so Judith never ventured into it, only taking joy in scaring little children away from her property.

One night, curiosity got the better of her and she entered the house for the first time in her life. The curse of Lucifer’s Manor changed humans into Pokemon that seemed to fit their personality. Judith transformed into a Dragonair, which was suiting, as the first Pokemon she would ever receive was to be a Dratini affectionately called ‘Daggie’. The curse was eventually lifted that night by a boy called Exophi, who was cursed to become a Lugia by night until the day he died. Judith was thankful enough to sigh him the deed to the Mansion, much to her family’s dismay.

However, the ‘curse’ was still with Jade. It went unnoticed at first, but as the dragon gene inside her became more powerful, Judith found herself morphing into the Legendary Rayquaza whenever her body became too weak. Due to her albinism, her Rayquaza form is pinkish-white with red eyes and Jade’s able to fully control herself in this state.

Not long after, Judith left home to become a Pokemon Co-Ordinator, and now resides in a rented penthouse apartment in Goldenrod city, where she’s acknowledged in the city’s Contest hall as a three time reigning champion.

Legendary Pokemon: None

Pokemon: Due to her connection to snake-like dragons, Jade’s specialty is serpentine dragon/dragon-like pokemon.

Daggerback
Dragonair

‘Daggie’ for short - as a reference to Jade’s own father, Dagwood - Daggerback was captured and sent to Jade as a present from her aunt in Kanto. Daggerback was only a Dratini when Judith first got him, but he quickly matured into a Dragonair under Jade’s care. The both have taken a shining to each other, and Jade uses him in almost every contest battle she comes into. ‘Daggie’ has four dagger-sharp spines with come out from his back, hence his name. (A scientific test was done on Daggie by Jade’s aunt, who showed that these spines grew naturally and was used as a medium of discharge for the massive amounts of energy that Daggerback stored in his body.)

Originally the only Pokemon Jade allowed herself to keep, he now shares his trainer’s attention with two newer additions to Jade’s party: Baldor and Minerva.

Baldor
Gyarados

A young girl called ‘Little Nicky’, who traveled the world on her Gyarados’ back, originally owned Baldor. Nicky gave Baldor and Minerva to the Ministry of Pokemon when she left to journey on her own to find her past. And Judith obtained them both after requesting for a strong, serpentine dragon pokemon to use to cross waters, as ‘Daggie’ was not strong enough.

Baldor, unlike most Gyarados, is very fatherly and seems to want to be part of every moment Jade experiences, even letting himself out of his PokeBall at times. He’s rather large, over ten meters long, and his enthusiasm is unmatched.

Minerva
Milotic

Minerva was with Baldor as Judith adopted them. However, Jade is only the ‘water-dragon duo’s temporary keeper, and their possession will be restored to ‘Little Nicky’ when the time comes.

Minerva is incredibly vain, and uses the long extremities that come from her head like arms to preen herself and to express her emotions animatedly. She takes pride in being the only woman in Jade’s team and sees herself as the feminine mediating force of the team. (Often slapping Pokemon and people alike in the face to cure hysterics.)

Other: None that I can think of yet.

Roleplay Sample:

“Okay, Daggie,” Jade whispered to the Dragonair backstage, “these rounds are the finals. You only have one more round to go and we’ll be claiming that ribbon, okay?”

“Yuh-Huh!” Daggerback nodded profusely, the glowing orb on his chest bobbing up and down with the action. Judith carefully combed her Pokemon’s scales with a fluffy brush, trying to make them gleam beautifully for the final contest round. She was the reigning ‘Queen’ of Goldenrod’s Contest Hall, and she didn’t want to give up her title just yet.

“This ‘Phantom’ dude doesn’t stand a chance against us, do you understand?” Again, more nodding, “So what if he’s from Hoenn? We’ll so totally cream him!”

“I got it.” Daggie smiled happily as Jade polished his tail orbs, “We’ll so totally cream him!”

The final battle was to be a one-on-one non-offensive Contest battle, lasting no longer than five minutes. Judith assumed her battling stance and gripped Daggerback’s Lure ball tightly. Her opponent, ‘The Phantom’, wore a Dusclops mask, with two tiny eyeholes by the red central spot. He was clad in a beautiful tuxedo and spoke in flowery English.

“Oh, I do hope I won’t harm you too badly now.” The Phantom began, trying to psyche his opponent out. However, Jade was not highly regarded in the city for nothing, she had faced her fair share of hard challenges, and this was nothing compared to what she had faced before.

“Go! Daggie!” She threw her Lure ball into the air, where a red beam shot out from it and solidified into the familiar shape of her Dragonair. “Dusclops, I choose you!” came the Phantom’s reply, as his signature Dusclops appeared in front of him. “Will-O-Wisp now, Dusclops!”

Judith stared as the Ghost Pokemon conjured up several small balls of blue fire, and floated them towards her Dragonair, “Oh-no you don’t! Rain Dance, Daggerback!” Daggie immediately began to writhe, shaking to an imaginary beat as raindrops pelted down from a small cloud over his head. The flames extinguished as the water rolled down and Jade snapped her fingers triumphantly.

“OH, MY! JUDITH’S DRAGONAIR HAS DONE IT AGAIN, THAT WAS A BRILLIANT COUNTER OF RAIN DANCE AGAINST WILL-O-WISP! THIS LOOKS BAD FOR THE PHANTOM…”

Overhead, the M.C’s voice boomed approvingly of Jade’s choice. The scoreboard displayed the Phantom’s score bar dip several assuring centimeters, but the masked trainer was not giving up. “Dusclops, use Psywave!” The gray apparition of a Pokemon stepped back a pace and fired several rings of glowing matter straight at Daggie. With no time to dodge, Judith bit her lip as the leader board showed that she was loosing.

But there was no time to continue fighting; Judith could feel her transformation beginning. The Psychic attack must have interfered with her human form, and triggered her change. The feeling of her thighs quickly fusing together under her dress was all too real, and she wasn’t going to risk transforming in front of the audience. With her hands crossing to a ‘T’ shape, Judith signaled a ‘Time Out’ in front of the Judges. The battle would continue after her transformation had come and was over.

"LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, CONTESTANT NUMBER ONE HAS CALLED FOR A RECESS. WE WILL NOW TAKE AN INTERVAL UNTIL JUDITH IS BACK."

Disappointed moans emitted from the crowd, but Jade didn’t care as she half ran, half slithered off the stage to the lavatories, where no one could see her…

Name: Shairii Woldrac

Age: 21

Demeanor: Shairii is very kind and soft-spoken. You'll rarely hear her shout or even raise her voice unless she's extremely upset, and it takes a great deal to get her riled up. There are only two things that easily get her upset; one is seeing people being mean or cruel to one another or to Pokemon. Shairii is the kind of person who sees a homeless person on the street and gives them all the money she happens to be carrying on her at the time. She can't stand to see anyone suffer, including Pokemon, and when she sees any act of cruelty she's the first one to speak up against it.

Shairii is loyal to any and all she cares for, and this loyalty often gets her into a great deal of trouble when she sticks up for her loved ones. If you slight her, she'll shrug it off, but don't dare slight a friend or family member around her. This is the second thing that greatly upsets her in a very short amount of time.

When she gets upset, Shairii can be a rather scary person. She develops an attitude that lets her fling scathing remarks and stinging comments when she normally would never dream of saying such things. She also becomes extremely bull-headed and stubborn when annoyed or irritated, which is contradictory to her normally easy-going, follower-not-a-leader kind of personality.

However, Shairii isn't perfect in her personality, since no one is. She often becomes insecure with herself when someone questions her suggestions or directly tells her she's wrong. Sometimes it gets so bad that she can't make decisions, and this can occasionally lead to her missing opportunities, or worse, not reacting in times of danger. She may ignore the comments, even if they're made in order to help her and not hurt or degrade her. The only time she doesn't get like this is when her Pokemon question her. She knows a lot of the time they know what they're talking about, though it does leave her feeling a bit uncertain if they try to go their seperate ways too much.

Description: Shairii is about 5'6'' tall and around 100 lbs, though she doesn't look sickly. She has a sleek and lean build, with well defined muscles that aren't really noticable until she's doing some sort of hard labor, or dealing with high emotions. Her hair hangs about halfway done her back and is a dark bloodred color. Her bangs hang into her eyes, which are an unusual gray-red color. She wears light-colored cotton clothes and Japanese wooden sandles. A small pack on her hip holds her money and more important items, while a specially designed belt holds her PokeBalls. She's quite pretty.

History: Shairii's life was rather uneventful and bland until she was five, when she was visiting the Safari Zone in Fuschia with her mother and father. They were watching a group of Nidorino, Rhydon, and Scyther eating in the same area when one of the Nidorino suddenly charged at her. Much to everyone's surprise and relief, an older Scyther lunged before the angry Pokemon and knocked him away, looking very angry. After a short battle, the Nidorino backed off and the Scyther refused to leave Shairii's side. He left the Safari Zone with them and became a second father to the young girl. He was also Shairii's first Pokemon, though it wasn't official until she was ten.

After that, it seemed adventure and excitement followed Shairii everywhere. Oftentimes it was because some wild Pokemon are another was attacking her for whatever reason. But with Scyther by her side, she was never hurt except for the occasional scratches and scrapes a child naturally gets.

When she was nine, Shairii lost her mother to leukemia and for nearly three months went into a severe state of depression. Finally, desperate the see his child smile again, her father got her birthday present early. It turned out to be a new-born Houdour, barely a few days old. He managed to get it from a Breeder after assuring him that the helpless pup would be well cared for.

It worked. After being told she was in complete care of the tiny black-and-orange Pokemon, Shairii's depression slipped away. As her days were filled with feeding, cleaning, cleaning, and watching out for the Houndour pup, the girl had no time to mourn as deeply as she had over her mother's death. Scyther also seemed happy, as he was just as worried for Shairii as her father had been.

At ten, with her now-weaned but still-growing Houndour pup and her trusty Scyther friend, Shairii left home to start her Pokemon journey. It took her about three years, but finally her Houndour evolved into a powerful Houndoom.

When Shairii turned fifteen, she met her third Pokemon. She was walking along when she noticed a Feebas lying in a quickly-dying pond, running out of oxygen and splasing around feebly in the rapidly shrinking puddle. Feeling sorry for the Pokemon, for it had clearly been abandoned, and worried for its life, Shairii caught it and took it to the nearest Pokemon Center. It turned out the Feebas, a female, had a strange and rare virus. The only way to restore the Pokemon to normal was to give her countless, expensive medications and hours upon hours of patient care. Shairii took it upon herself to give the Pokemon the needed attentions, and due to the constant amount of love and compassion she recieved, the Feebas's Beauty was lifted over the years. On the day she won out over her illness, the Pokemon evolved into a Milotic.

Legendary Pokemon: Rayquaza

Pokemon: Shiko- Male Scyther: Shairii met Shiko in the Fuschia City Safari Zone when a wild Nidorino attacked her out of the blue. He protected her and then left with her to stay by her side forever. At first, he was just a friend and a guardian to Shairii, but after the young girl started her Pokemon journey he became a power and valubale asset to her team. He is extremely loyal to her and would die before letting any harm befall her.

Sharudon- Male Houndoom: Sharudon was given to Shairii as a tiny, new-born Houndour pup when Shairii was nine. The main point of her recieving the young Pokemon before her birthday (he was meant to be Shairii's B-Day present) was to help lift her out of her depression after the loss of her mother. Since she was always so busy taking care of the pup, she didn't have time to sit around mourning as she had, and by the time she was old enough to go on her Pokemon adventure, she'd gotton over the sadness. Sharudon has such a deep bond with his Trainer that Shairii can easily understand his words. He's tough and loyal, though he often acts like mean and vicious. It's just a ruse though, and those who know him know how kind at heart he is.

Miki- Female Milotic: Shairii met Miki when she was a Feebas, at the age of 15. The then-ugly Pokemon had been abandoned in a quickly-drying pond to the side of the road, and was running out of oxygen in the dwindling puddle around her. Shairii quickly caught the small fish and took her to a Pokemon Center to get her checked out. It was found that the Feebas had a strange virus that could only be cured through expensive medicine and long hours of endless care and patience. Against the doctor's advice, Shairii took the Pokemon under her care and nursed her back to health. Having been dotted upon for months, the Feebas's beauty was lifted and on the day she overcame her illness, the Pokemon evolved into a Milotic. Grateful to Shairii for caring for her, she is a fierce fighter in battle but a very gentle creature at heart. Her loyalty to not only Shairii but Sharudon and Shiko (who helped care for her) knows no bounds.

Other: Shairii can understand her Pokemon, having as close a bond with them as she does.

Roleplay Sample: I didn't want to be awake now, but there I was, awake nonetheless. It was passed two in the darned morning, and this newb Trainer just came out of nowhere, waking me up in the rudest possible way, no manners at all. I hope I was never like this when I was that age...

"Get up, you're a Trainer, I see your PokeBalls! You have to battle me!"

I groaned as I came to, unable to comprehend what was going on at first. Then, I couldn't believe that this kid had actually woken me up at such a god-awful hour, once I'd realized what was happening.

"I might be a Trainer, but it's also..." I paused to check my PokeNAV, "two twenty-seven. You don't just wander around until you find someone who's asleep and happens to be a Trainer, then wake them up just to battle," I replied, sitting up. This kid was a rookie, and I knew that nothing I could say now would make him leave me alone. I could threaten to kill him and eat his organs and he'd probably let me, as long as he got his darn battle.

"I don't care what time it is! Get up and battle!" Yep, I knew it. Cursed newbies, I thought as I sighed and stood, bending down to grab one of my PokeBalls from the ground near my Pack. I never left them in my Pack when I slept, since a lot of thefts happen at night when a person is zonked and all.

"I'm not going to go easy on you, no matter how new you are to Pokemon training," I warned him. "And we're only doing a one-on-one battle, first Pokemon that faints losses the match. You might have endless energy, but not me. I would like to get a bit more sleep before I have to start off again."

"Quit yacking and let's battle!" the kid replies as he throws his PokeBall -probably the only one he has that holds a Pokemon- with a wild, completely ridiculous flourish. I can't help but snicker as I simply toss the Ball in my hand into the air.

The Balls snap open with twin flares of brilliant white light, and a moment later our Pokemon form from the glare. I had released Sharudon, knowing he'd be just as annoyed at being woken as me, and the most anxious to finish a battle quick and get back to sleep. The boy had let out Gulpin, taking me off-guard. The young Trainer, with all the cockiness of one who's yet lost a battle, clapped his hands together loudly and grinned. Sharudon and I simply exchanged exasperated looks.

"Let's just get this over with," I told him, and the boy, thinking I was talking to him, nods in agreement.

"Gulpin, go! Use Sludge!" the by cried, and the little blob of a Pokemon let out a belching noise as it chucked up a large, dark purple glob of goo at Sharudon. I lifted a lip in distaste, and Sharudon neatly leapt over the attack as the gunk soared by beneath him. He landed with a disgusted grunt, then faced his foe.

"Sharudon, eh, just use a Smokescreen on it," I ordered. Sharudon nodded and opened his orange muzzle, spitting forth a thick cloud of dark smoke. It quickly filled the area, and soon there was enough cover for my next move. Quickly, I recalled Sharudon, grabbed up my items, and hurried away from the battle before the Smokescreen faded. I just wanted to get back to sleep, though I couldn't help but laugh when the kid finally discovered I'd escaped in the midst of the attack.

If no one else minds, I'd like my character to be a were-Groudon, since all the other Legendaries are weres. If someone is already planning upon doing that, Wielder is fine too. I'll work around everyone else; I'm not particular. If all spots are going to be taken, could I possibly join as just a trainer? Anyway, here's my sign-up for now.

Name: Erik Kurokawa

Age: 15

Demeanor: Erik is very quiet, almost to the point of being shy. He's not the best at making human friends, which is fine with him, considering that he makes great friends with Pokemon. While he's not particularly intelligent in the general meaning of the term, he can often predict an opponent's moves in a battle, and respond accordingly. He's cool under pressure and can think quickly, but he's got a nasty temper. About the only time he'll speak out is when he's angry.

Description: He's neither tall nor short, but is instead more in the middle at 5'10''. He has a slight figure, with lightly muscled arms and legs. He wears a variety of dark tones, ranging from maroon to navy. His hair is a sandy blonde, cropped short and spikey, and his eyes are a kind of mud brown.

History: Not long after returning to its slumber deep under the surface of the earth, Groudon was a briefly awakened once more. A Magma Admin chose not to obey Maxie's orders to relinquish their hold on Groudon and followed it in a magma vehicle used to study the depths of a volcano. However, the submersive could not hold out against the great titan of the earth, and was destroyed, along with the Admin. The battle took its toll upon Groudon as well, weakening it almost to the point of death. It would need to regenerate its powers in another body. The closest at the time was a ten-year-old boy by the name of Erik.

Erik was born an inhabitant of Fallarbor, his father a volcanologist that studied the local Mt. Chimney and his mother a volunteer nurse at the local Pokemon Center. His two great interests growing up were the earth (volcanoes, mountains, how they come to be, etc.) and Pokemon. He would alternate learning about the mysteries of the ground from his father and how to take care of and train Pokemon from his mother. On the day after his tenth birthday, after his parents had rejected his plea to be a trainer, he ran away to hide on Mt. Chimney. That was the day Groudon and Kyogre returned to their slumber, and that night was to be when Groudon alone reawakened.

Erik himself was awakened that night by blistering heat and the deafening roar of ash and air spewing from the mouth of Mt. Chimney, where Groudon had resided. Erik had begun to run away when the ground underneath him exploded, knocking him unconcious. He was found that night by a search party and returned to his parents, miraculously bare of burns or cuts despite the explosion. He seemed fine to everyone around him, even himself, for the longest time.

On the summer solstice, the day when his parents had finally allowed him to leave on his own journey as a Pokemon trainer, his body changed into that of Groudon. While aware of what was happening, he could do nothing as the rampaging monster destroyed his home and that of many of his neighbors before it was stopped. He changed back when the sun disappeared. Shunned by the townsfolk as a monster, his parents dead, Erik left the town and began his journey as a trainer. Soon after receiving his eighth badge, the dreams began...

Hiei the Typhlosion
Hiei was Erik's first Pokemon and originally his pet, found by Erik's father on Mt. Chimney. Exactly where the tiny fire mouse came from, no one was sure, but Erik loved him nontheless. Now a Typhlosion, he's very mellow and docile. Don't think that makes him a bad fighter, though; many battles have been won through his sheer power.

Luke the Jolteon
Luke is always out of his Pokeball, and constantly at Erik's side. Erik discovered him and Luke's sister, Brianna, as Eevees on Route 119. They followed him for some time before becoming a part of his team. Luke is more level-headed than Erik, and keeps his trainer from loosing his cool.

Brianna the Espeon
Brianna is is slightly haughty, and very spoiled. She's constantly begging for Erik's attention, and the attention of others, human and Pokemon alike. While not the best battler, she eccels in Contests.

Saphira the Flygon
Saphira is very impatient and always wants to get where she's going, fast. She's also easily irritated, and snaps at the others on Erik's team, especially Brianna. Erik caught Saphira as a Trapinch in the desert within the Illusion Tower, which he accidentally stumbled into to escape the freak sandstorms that constantly terrorize the region.

Other: Rather than at night during a full moon, Groudon takes over Erik's body at times of great emotional weakness; when he's especially angry, depressed, or panicked. The possessions have become more frequent because, although Erik doesn't know it, seven years after Groudon entered Erik's body, it will be powerful enough to take over him completely.

Roleplay Sample: Erik awoke suddenly, confused and disoriented. Everything around him was black. He tried sit up, but something hampered him. He tore it off, jumping to his feet, still trying to understand what was going on.

"Jolt?" A familiar voice said behind him. Erik turned and squinted, just barely able to see Luke's face. He finally remembered where he was; a Pokemon Center back in Lilycove, away from the islands and the sea and back on the continental region of Hoenn. He and his Pokemon had stayed there for the night. He noticed the slumbering forms of Hiei, Brianna, and Saphira. He forced a grin and sat next to the Jolteon.

"Sorry, Luke," he whispered, not wanting to awaken the others. "It was just another dream. Go back to sleep." The electric dog gave a barely audible whimper before going back to sleep. Luke worried about him, and the others were beginning to notice the fact that Erik seemed to be getting less and less sleep. The same dream terrorized him every night, beginning with him as Groudon, completely destroying his home. Then, he would look up at the sun, the glare blinding him, until his vision morphed to red, red like the molten rock beneath the earth's crust. In the redness was a town, one he'd never seen before. Violet City. How he knew its name he wasn't sure, but he did, and as that named echoed through the redness, he awoke. Erik shook his head, clearing his thoughts. What region was this 'Violet City' in? He knew he had to go there, for the dreams to stop. It was as if something was calling him, and it was call that he couldn't ignore.

Name: Izabella ‘Izzy’ Marie Hales

Age: Twenty-five

Demeanor: Izzy isn’t the most quiet of people, and she prefers to listen to white noise over silence, but she doesn’t always know what to say in a situation. She’s clumsy, and has little grace what so ever, but she is never afraid to show her true self to those around her. She isn’t popular with most people though, especially after she got her Pokemon and was found to be almost a natural at battles, but she has never had a problem with any of her Pokemon. She also is almost never seen without some sort of book, either to read or write in, and can tell you just about anything relating to Pokemon handling or breeding.

Description: Izzy stands at about five foot one, and weighs about a hundred and twenty pounds. She isn’t necessarily the prettiest girl, with dull auburn hair that she can’t do much of anything with, but she has the most uncommon silver-blue eyes. Her skin tone is a nice peach, just tanned slightly, and her figure is more of a pear shape than hourglass. She really hates wearing dresses or skirts, almost always seen in a pair of dark baggy jeans and a t-shirt of some sort. She isn’t afraid of color though, and tends to wear bright colored accessories or shirts. The one thing that always stands out with her is her inability to do certain things, as she was injured in an attack when she was younger.

History: Izzy grew up on Cinnabar Island with her family of eight. Her Mother, Father, and elder brothers both worked all day, while she and her older sister were watched over by her grandparents. Living on the island, she was instantly drawn to Fire and Water type Pokemon, often seen down at the beach or in the abandoned mansion while her sister played with the other kids. Even at the young age of five she was more comfortable around Pokemon than people.

At age ten she and her sister, eleven, were taken to Pallet Town to get their starter Pokemon. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough Pokemon for both to get one, and she let her sister start her journey first. Instead she was given a Pokemon by her Grandmother, who used to be the Gym Leader of Cinnabar Island, and was told of the Johto Region. She talked her parents into letting her leave for the Johto region, and soon after she set off on her grand adventure.

However, things didn’t go as planned, and shortly after she beat the Goldenrod Gym Leader she was attacked by Team Rocket. The battle left her, and her Pokemon, with permanent scars, and after wards she was unable to continue her journey. She has suffered through an immense amount of pain from her injured back and the surgery to fix it, but she is devoted to living her life to its fullest no matter what is thrown at her. On her eighteenth birthday she opened up a Breeding Center just outside of Goldenrod, and runs it this day with the aide of her Pokemon.

Legendary Pokemon: Groudon, if I can get it (him?)

Pokemon:

Riori~ Female Ninetales: Riori was Izzy’s first Pokemon, given to her by her grandmother Ada. Riori was actually the youngest Pokemon Ada owned, the only kit of her two Ninetales, but was evolved by accident when she grabbed a Fire Stone lying around. She’s quite protective of Izzy, and the other Pokemon, often taking on the demeanor of a mother. She normally isn’t an aggressive Pokemon, unless Izzy is in danger.

Hail~ Male Vaporeon: Hail is the second Pokemon Izzy got, as a pair with Flare, and has been used to sire two litters of Eevee from said Flareon. He’s quite laid back, and usually remains sitting on the sidelines while other play. He is extremely devoted to Flare, and is never seen without her.

Flare~ Female Flareon: Flare was the second Pokemon Izzy got, as a pair with Hail, and has given birth to two litters of Eevee from said Vaporeon. She is very competitive, especially with other fire Pokemon, and has a temper to match her type. She is extremely devoted to Hail, and is never seen without him.

Goldie~ Female Goldeen: Goldie was captured during a Fishing Contest, and while she didn’t win Izzy got a great water tracker. Goldie can find just about anything in the water, and if need be can help carry Izzy through even the toughest rapids. She really shy and submissive though, and Lucia often teases her, but the two aquatic Pokemon are good friends.

Lucia~ Female Dewgong: Lucia was Izzy’s last capture before her injury, caught once again while fishing. Izzy was aiming for another Goldeen, as a mate for Goldie, but instead hooked a baby Seel. Being so young, and obviously underfed, Izzy immediately took her in to nurse her back to health. After returning to full health Lucia refused to be returned to the wild, and Izzy took her in as Goldie’s playmate. She’s still young, and has a very childish manner, but is overly protective of Izzy, thinking of her as her mother.

Other: She still suffers from attacks, and has a hard time getting to sleep at night because of soreness or stiffness.

Roleplay Sample:

“Riori!” I called loudly, cupping my hands around my mouth so the sound would travel faster,” Hail, Flare, it’s time for lunch!” My call was greeted by the happy yips of the three fox Pokemon, as they bounded back towards the small house we shared. The Riori was first through the door, her speed much greater than Hail or Flare, but the other two soon followed her.

“Alright, here you go,” I chirped, sitting down three bowls of food for the little canines. They in turn yipped again, taking turns to lick my face before beginning on their meal. Smiling, I moved over to the backdoor, carrying with me a tray of food for my aquatic Pokemon in the pool out back. Lucia was the first to greet me, leaping from the pool in a spray of water and calling loudly, while little Goldie just splashed some water with her beautiful fins.

“Good afternoon! I brought you your lunch. You haven’t been giving Goldie any trouble have you Lucia?” The Dewgong’s silvery head dipped under the water briefly, as if she was guilty of something, but Goldie didn’t seem very upset about what ever it was.

“Alright, just behave from now on,” I chided gently, placing the tray of on the side of the pool. Grabbing a handful I tossed it into the water for Goldie, before turning to head back inside. But I had hardly gotten two steps before a searing pain shot through my spine, crippling me to the harsh ground below.

“Ri-ri-ori!” My cry of help, the yelp of my faithful Ninetales, the sound of paws smacking against the earth in a frantic rhythm, they were all blocked out by the unbearable pain searing through my spine, shutting off everything but my sense of feeling. It wasn’t uncommon for me to have attacks like this, especially after I had been lifting some heavy boxes this morning. Just another day, I guess.
