Red and Blue are pretty much the same as Yellow. Only difference is you can get all three starters and your Pikachu won't evolve.

I am currently looking at a R/B/Y guide book and 1 it doesnt say its looked (not currently there in FR and I forget from the older games) And it doesn't mention whats inside of it

I think he's talking about the house with the underground passage. Though it's only locked in g/s/cwhen you return to Kanto. You can't open it, however

I remember you get Charmander above Cerulean City and you get Squirtle after you beat Lt. Surge from that police officer....I though you would get Bulbasaur in Cinnibar or something.

Youre talking about Yellow. You get bulasaur in cerulean city. Next to the poke center theres a building with a girl in it. She has a bulbasaur+oddish+sandshrew. To get bulba, talk to all the pokemon in the house and give pika a potion. If that dosent work raise pika to level 25.
