Stones of Creation

Deep in a cave one thousand miles away from civilization, and one thousand feet underground, a being tries to reckon with forces unknown to it. This being reckoned with the wrong force. These forces combined obliterated the being, leaving absolutely nothing. That was 5000 years ago.

Today, a famous adventurer discovers that very same cave which arose from deep beneath the ground after years of erosion. But, instead of obliterating this man, the forces released themselves into the world. The man, after careful preparation, went further into the cave to find a tablet. On this tablet was a prophecy that the Stones of Creation. would be discovered when a powerful, and evil force tried to annihilate the World. This adventurer broadcasted his findings, and the World went into panic, and chaos.

After months, everyone started to settle down. That was until freak weather warps started to affect the entire planet. One man, or being arose to claim the World as his. He wanted the Stones of Creation. To protect the World, all the Gym Leaders from around the planet came to battle against him, but he was too strong. Many Gym Leaders died trying to save the World.

This RP will be about your character obtaining a Stone, and using it to empower you, and your Chosen Pokemon.

New Move Description: Banette waves his arms up and down quickly as he creates hundreds of purple, very sharp needles. Then Banette spins around circularly faster and faster until all the needles are in itself. The postions of the needles are chosen randomly. The opponent is in a daze, focusing on the needles and their postion. Then, Banette spins the opposite way even faster, projecting the needles into the opponent wherever they were on itself. Each needle causes much, much pain.
Raven's New Ability: He now has the ability to control shadows, and dark matter. This power is limited at first, but gradually grows.
Personality: Raven is usually to himself, not bothering anyone. But, he does love to have fun, and will show that. He cracks jokes that are always funny, and loves to have company. But, in a Pokemon battle or a regular life crisis, he will take whatever hits him head on. He's not afraid of a challenge. Though, he does admit when he needs help.
Description: He's about 6'5, and 175 lbs. He pretty well built, and tan. He wears a plain black T-shirt with a white dress shirt underneath, with the collar popping out. The white undershirt pops out from beneath the black T-shirt. He wears two thick black necklaces, just like Morty did. The lower necklace has a circle pendant, and inside is a black outline skull. His hair is medium length, black and spikey, with a few white streak highlights. His eyes are black, thanks to color contacts. He wears flared black dress pants, and black dress shoes.
History: His father was the Ecruteak Gym Leader, Morty. His mother was a lady he met while on a journey around the world. His Dad was killed like most of the other Gym Leaders. Raven swore he would defeat this being that killed his father. Raven always loved Ghost type Pokemon, and was given his first by his Dad, a Shuppet. Raven never caught another Pokemon, making Shuppet evolve into an extremely powerful Banette.
Other: Raven has always liked the darkness. He feels almost connected to it somehow.

As the offending pokemon is swirling around her, Vaporeon repeatedly pounds it with her Hydro Pump. When finally the winds die down, the other pokemon is usually defeated or very close to being so.

Tiana's New Ability: She could stay underwater indefinatly if she chose to, can speak to any water/ice pokemon, and can control a specific amount of water in any of it's forms (liquid, gas or solid). The amount she can control grows as she learns to wield her power.

Personality: Observant, friendly, helpful, and decicive but,always willing to hear another's point of view.

Description: 5'9", Lean, Brunette with copper highlights, which is shoulder-length, Hazel eyes, tan skin, water-blue blouse on w/white vest on over it, and Blue-jeans. Always wears a blue one-piece swimsuit underneath, and hair is usually in a pony tail (to make for easy swimming).

History: Has lived with her Vaporeon, Meriana, in a cabin by a lake, since age thirteen when she left her parents house to have her own pokemon adventure. She and her parents are still close and visit eachother often. Her good friend Orion, is also a fan of water pokemon and lives with her in the cabin. His father had been the leader of the Water gym until that fateful day when he had gone with the other gym leaders to challenge that one being. Since her and Orion were very close, Tiana wanted revenge on the man who killed her friend's father.

New Move Description: Attacks with a mighty blast of fire that can last several turns, misses often because the pokemon is so angry, and does a lot of damage, while the pokemon just conitinously blows out an explosion of fire which is so hot that hurts itself.
Kainui's New Ability: Can fly like a dragon with invisible, almost imaginary wings.
Personality: Very kept together, doesn't talk to anyone, isn't shy, just doesn't find a reason to talk. Is usually traveling away from the group in the shadows, quietly watching so that no one can see him.
Description: Wears mostly dark black, has what looks like a zodiac necklace, no one knows what his skin looks like because his head is shaded by a hood and wears gloves all the time, wears a kind of cloak, except no cape.
History: Unknown, most people who know him just remember him with his pokemon, never evolving them, waiting for the right time.
Other: Has many zippers so that he can store many things and knows where everything is. He switches stuff around all the time so that people who try to take stuff have trouble finding what they want.

Wheeee... Am I da first RP post?

Berri was a girl like any other. She was 14 and had been on her Pokemon journey for only 4 years, which seemed like alot to her because it had taken her four years to earn all her Kanto badges with just one Pokemon. Jumpluff had once been a little Hoppip and she's caught Hoppip on vacation in Jhoto after getting her badges. Only then did she realize she'd left her other Pokemon at a Pokemon Center in Goldenrod which was later robbed, leaving her with just Hoppip.
It was a year after that when Hoppip had evolved into Jumpluff and Berri was now feeling ready to take on the elite 4 at indigo.

The sun was shining as brightly as ever when the blonde haired girl reached her final stop. To her right was a lovely market and she eagarly went through to find herself an interesting gem as a present for her mother at home. There was one stall that had just what she was looking for. A large emerald with the imprint of a leaf on it. The stone was on a golden chain and the price was extremly low.
"Excuse me?" Berri murmered to stall owner as she picked up the stone "Why is this beautiful stone so cheap?"
The stall owner shot her a look of terror as she handled the stone and gazed into a crystal ball placed on the table. This person was some sort of star gazing nutcase..
"The jewel may lead its owner into adventure and I do not want adventure... I will get it away at all cost." She murmered as the old woman lifted her wrinkly face to look directly at Berri "You may have it for half off, 6000$."
Berri's eyes lite up and she giggled madly "WHOOT! HALF OFF! I'll take it!!" She cried, slapping some money on the table and taking the gem. She was rather rich after battling gym leaders for so long.
"THAAANK YOU!" She yelled happily as she put the necklace around her neck. "I'll just wear this until I get it to muuuum."

Chris's New Ability-Can Use Moon Magic to Fly to be by his side when he's flying.
Personality-Is kind of quiet, doesnt like to be around other people, Once in a while he'll be Thrillseeking. Is interested by the Moon.
Description-Wears all blue and his shirt has a picture of the moon. Wear a Creasent Moon Pendant.Has brownish skin.
History-When he was 5 Years Old he got his first pokemon which was a Trapinch and over time he had discovered his past.His Sister is Sabrina the Saffron Gym Leader. In that time period Chris's Trapinch had evolved into a Flygon which he called Luna Moon.That was his only pokemon though.
Other- Chris had found his stone on a Trip to a place called Meteor Falls where he saw a stone with a Strange Marking on it so he had pulled and saw it was the Legendary Dragon Stone.

*Keith, 17, old enough to explore unexplored caves was seperated from his group, and started to search for them. Inside the cave he found a Magma, with a strange platform on top, The platform was atached to the sides. He tried to step on it and it broke away, probobly wethered from the lava. Then he realized he found Blain's old gym, so he searched and found a doorway, he opened it, and it was scalding hot, so he quickly pulls it open and rushes outside, into a broken down hotel. It was Blain's old hotel! He walked over to a room and found, a necklas chained to the desk, with a quick, ember from his Ninetails he could take it. It was strange a clear stone with a flame inside. He put it on and it blasted flames all around the hotel ,burning it to a crisp ,but Keith felt stronger from the flames, he spotted and opening and ran to it, he was hit by fire while he was running and thought it felt good. He finally got out and ran to his house on Cinibar. He reached it and instantly he and ninetails fell asleap.*

Over the next year Keith and some scientists Remodeled the old Gym and recreated it to be as good as new, the volcano now had a huge stone plat form covering all of it, with holes so that magma could wscape, and the magma presure wouldn't break the stone platform. Over the next year he had only given out a few badges, with His Ninetails and it's new special attack it could only do in the presence of the stone.

*A news broadcast came on and Keith and Ninetails were watching it, Nine Gym Leaders died while trying to stop a madman.*

'So that's Why Me and ninetails suddenly can controll fire! That Stone!'

"Ninetails, you and me have got to stop this Madman before he kills even more innocent people. The other pokemon will go to my sister so that they don't get hurt in our fight against this Madman. We also must find the other Stone users to aid us in our journey."

*In a few days everthing was ready and Keith Went out, to find help for his fight.*

IC: It had been a few months since Orion's Father had gone off with the other Gym leaders to try and defeat that madman and end up dying for their troubles. Orion was doing better but the loss was still raw and they didn't talk about it much. It was as normal an afternoon as was possible at the time, Tiana and Orion were outside with their pokemon. Tiana was swimming in the lake near the shore so that Orion could still talk to her, but far enough in so that she could keep an eye on the pokemon, especially Vaporeon. She and Orion were chatting about the last time Tiana's parents had visited and what an experience that had been, and the pokemon were playing and leaping about in the water. Then, Tiana saw Vaporeon do a spectacular dive. She thought nothing of it until fifteen minutes later and Vaporeon still hadn't surfaced.
"I wonder where Vaporeon has gotten off to." Tiana thought aloud.
"I'm not sure, she's probably just off exploring again." Orion laughed.
"Heh, you're probably right." And so they continued to chat.

A while later, around sunset, they saw vaporeon swimming towards them from close to the horizon.
"That's strange, She doesn't usually stray that far out on the lake." Stated Orion.
"Yes, it is strange." agreed Tiana as she began to swim towards her pokemon "I'll go greet her all right Orion?"
"Okay you do that" Orion said.
As she swam toward Meriana, Tiana saw that she had something in her mouth. It looked like some sort of stone. Oh boy, another of her treasures that i get to keep thought Tiana to herself. When pokemon and trainer reached eachother they were far enough out on the lake that it was about twelve meters down to the bottom. Vaporeon tried to greet her trainer but was unable to due to the almost perfectly round, and clear-blue stone in her mouth.
"Well, well, what's that you've go there?" Tiana asked Meri.
Vaporeon gladly gave her trainer the gift she had brought her.
And the stone began to glow in Tiana's hand. It also began to get very heavy. It was soon heavy enough to drag Tiana underwater. She took a large gulp of air just before it pulled her under. She was trying to tell her hands to let go, but she couldn't. Her hands wouldn't respond. She began to panic, even though she knew that that was the worst thing she could do while underwater. But she couldn't help it. The stone dragged her all the way to the bottom of the lake. Her lungs were screaming for air, and Meriana was trying to help but it was pulling her down as well. Finally, Tiana couldn't hold her breath any longer, so she let it go. And the water seemed to fill her lungs, it was surrounding her, invading her body, and then, Darkness.

When at last Tiana came, with a large breath, back to her senses, it was dark out and she was on the beach with Orion, who was sitting down beside her, out of breath, and looking very worried.
"Oh, thank goodness, your alright, I was afraid I'd lost you as well," Orion gasped frantically. He then lay back his head in the sand and said, "Don't you EVER scare me like that again!"
"I'll try not to," Tiana replied still weary from her experience. Then Meriana began to lick Tiana's face furiously, trying to apologize for putting her in danger. After a few minutes of this, Tiana finally had enough strength to push her Vaporeon away, and sit up. When she did, she found that she still had the clear-blue stone in her hand. Orion, who was watching her, sat up when she did and asked, "What's that?"
"It's, a stone." Tiana replied. As she looked at it she noticed that it had a silver design on it that looked like a water droplet. For some reason, Tiana didn't say that it was what had dragged her down. Maybe that was because it was now back to the usual weight of a rock it's size and she thought it would seem ridiculous to Orion that something that light could possibly weigh anyone down. Instead she said, "It glowed when Meri gave it to me."
"Really? That's unusual, I wonder how, and why it came to do that."
"I'm not sure." "But, it's dark and I'm tired. Let's go in and get some sleep" Tiana said
"OK, that sounds good to me" Orion Replied.
They walked back to the cabin together silently, went to their own rooms, dried off, and slept.

Kainui was a rather strange boy... he never did much, or at least thats what most people thought. He did things in secret and was always finding different things to do, and was very resourceful. Not many people knew his voice except for the occasional small explanation, seeing as he'd just nod his head at most things. Kainui was more of a person to like water, he loved the rain and would go out in thunderstorms to find scared pokemon and help them out. One time while out in a thunderstorm he found a Horsea. It had been carelessly thrown against a rock from the raging waves, and he took pity on the poor thing and brought it inside. It had bled pretty badly and was most likely to not live, and even if it did live it would be scarred for life. The Horsea lived and Kainui treated it well and trained it into a strong Seadra. Although Kainui was not much of a social person he never traded Seadra, even though he had aquired a dragon scale... but maybe some day Kainui will trust someone enough to trade them his prized pokemon to evolve it.

On the same night as the storm Kainui also noticed something else... there seemed to be a brightly glowing rock. Kainui grabbed for the stone and right when the tips of his fingers touched it a rush of energy filled his body, but the magical stone was taken back out to sea in the same instant... disappointed by this he went to his house where the Horsea recovered. After this Kainui could jump somewhat higher than normal...

A while after all of this Kainui and his Seadra were going down the Beach when Seadra charged into the ocean and was not seen for the rest of the day. That night Seadra came back and with him was the same stone Kainui had had on the night he rescued Seadra. But Seadra looked different, somewhat stronger... Kainui held the stone in his hand and felt the same flow of energy go through his body and down his spine. He felt as if his back had then broken by a strange sensation in his back. Later Kainui found that he could fly into the air with ease, and that his Seadra had learned some new moves that even professor Oak had never seen before. Kainui set out on his quest to collect all the badges and did just that. His pokemon's new move made it possible for his pokemon to compete at lower levels when his opponents were higher leveled than him.

Kainui then bumped into a trainer named Berri who seemed quite happy with herself with a stone around her neck similar to Kainui's... Kainui didn't say anything but followed her from a distance until she got to what he thought was her house. He then flew up ontop of their hose and unleashed his Seadra to plow through the top of roof to steal their special stone. Kainui wanted all the power he could muster and for some strange reason was taken over by greed for the first time in his life...

Berri smiled and touched her stone, the warm feeling of captured sunlight bringing delight to her finger tips. "It's so warrrrm." She murmered happily to the stone, closing her eyes and taking a deep breath of the air around her. She could feel all of Earth running through her finger tips and she felt like she could make anything she wanted happen right before her very eyes...

Something nearby her moved and she jumped back into reality, turning her body to face the crowds. No one seemed, though, to have special interests on her. Maybe she was just overreacting...
Deciding that she was ok and no one wanted to talk to her Berri continued on her way, wanting to get into the Indigo Leage or maybe just learn a bit more about her Jumpluff so should enter the next year... It really didn't mattered to her which she did, as long as she got Jumpluff a bit stronger in the process.

Her mouth was dry and head spinning painfully from the lack of liquid so she walked into an ice cream shop to get an icecream cone for herself and a Pokecone for Jumpluff. The blue Pokemon was at her side and looking as cheerful as ever when she made her order.
"I'll get a raspberry ice cream cone, 1 scoop please and my Jumpluff will have on scoop strawberry." She said with a smile as she took some money out of her purse and laid it on the counter. She then took her ice cream, handing the Pokecone to Jumpluff, and the two prepared to leave.

Berri then heard a loud 'thump' on the rooftop as she left the parlor and looked up to see someone was ontop of the roof with a Pokemon. She wrinkled her nose in disguist, since standing on a roof was rather rude, but decided she had might as well to up there to greet him. But how was she supposed to do that?

Stephen was a kid like no other. He was 14, but has won both all Kanto badges and six Johto badges. He has been on his journey for 4 years, and caught his trustful Ralts near Oldale Town. It then grew and grew, going from a Kirlia to a Gardevoir. Stephen used to be very quiet, and he still is. But Gardevoir has made many things in his life better, which is why he really loves his Pokemon. Not because of the battles, but because of the friendship they had. And this is where our story starts...

Stephen was roaming around his house. He wanted to go swimming, but his parents wouldn't let him. So he decided to just put his feet in the pool. Next, Stephen's Gardevoir came up to him and said telepathically, "Stone..."

"What? A stone? Tell me more. Maybe we should go find it."

Gardevoir nodded his head in approval and started gliding toward the other edge of the pool. He then went through a couple of bushes, to come upon a sycamore tree. Gardevoir pointed at a branch, and Stephen could see a purple stone sparkling in the daylight. Stephen jumped up and grabbed it from the limp branch it was hanging on.

"Wow, it is magnificent. Thanks for pointing it out Gardevoir!!"

Stephen took a piece of string and looped it through a hole to make it a necklace. He put it on, and Gardevoir tied it for him.

"Wow, we have to show my Dad this!!"

IC: The next morning, at dawn, Tiana awoke to the glare of the morning sun and a face licking from Vaporeon as usual. Then she saw the stone on her bedside table, it was catching the morning rays and reflecting them on the wall, the strange thing was that the rays on the wall looked like ones reflected off water. Tiana shook her head, got up, put on her bathing suit, and went to go get breakfast, for her and Vaporeon.

As she was eating, she thought about what the stone had done the night before and was wondering how and why, when Orion stumbled in still very sleepy and as grumpy as always. Tiana said only, “Good Morning!”
Orion replied as he always did, “Heh, What’s so great about it?” then turned on the TV in the kitchen to watch the morning news. That was typical of Orion. He had never been much of a morning person. So she just put away her bowl, called to Meriana, and then went to her room to grab a towel. But when she got to her room her eye was drawn to the stone. So instead she went over and picked it up. As she looked at it she realized that it wasn’t perfectly round. It was actually oblong, but only subtly so. She also realized that it had a hole running sideways through the stone just above the tip of the inlaid teardrop.

“Meri, could you take me to the place you found this?” Tiana asked of Vaporeon
In reply Meriana nodded her head and said, “Of course I can!” Tiana stared at Vaporeon in amazement.
Meri cocked her head and asked, “What?”
“You just spoke!” Tiana burst out.
“You mean you can understand what I’m saying?”
“Umm, I guess I can now.” Tiana replied rather in shock.
“Yay, Finally! Now I don’t have make such obscene and obvious gestures all the time just to make you understand what I’m trying to say.” Meri replied happily.
“But, How... how did...?”Tiana spluttered
“How am I supposed to know?” Vaporeon replied to Tiana’s unfinished question
“But, I think it has something to do with that stone I gave you.”
“What!?! You mean... that this... this stone did something to me that... that allows me to, understand you? Tiana asked in amazement.
“I guess so.” Meri replied. “I should think it did... I felt some very strange energy coming from it last night when it dragged you under. It also kept me form going to you when it dragged you down.” Vaporeon admitted somewhat ashamedly.
“I wonder if it did any other unknown favors for me down there last night?” Tiana wondered aloud.
“I’m not sure...”Meri said. “But can we go swimming now?”
“Uh... sure, I guess.” Tiana said.
“Great!” Meriana replied enthusiastically. She then turned about fluidly, walked out of the room, and headed for the front door.
Tiana sighed, rummaged around a bit until she found a silver chain she had never planned on using, and strung the stone onto it.
“I don’t think I should just leave this lying around.” Tiana said to herself.

OOC: And thus, Tiana learns about one of her new powers.

I started off like any other 12 year old boy. In a normal house. Athough, my family never really like pokemon, I loved them. I would think, How could some one look sraight into some ones eyes and say "I do NOT like pokemon"? I thought they were amazing. There for. I could not have a pokemon. And I know I wasn't gonna get one anytime soon. If I told them, that is...


One day, while me and my fam were at this wierd shop... I decided to go on alittle walk. I never did like shopping. As I was walking I saw a Plusle. ((I wasn't allowed to have a pokemon, but I still studied them. One of my favorite types was eletric and i read that plusle was one of those types.)) It was running along the side walk. It didn't look like it had a trainer either. I had to go in slow.. I started behind it. It didn't really notice me. I walked beside it for a while. Then it looked up at me. I smiled. "Hey there" It stared at me for a couple seconds then started off again. It looked like it was looking for somthing. I followed it. I totally forgot about the store. I was so far...


The plusle stoped in the middle of the woods. I really didn't know where I was now. Then the plusle looked like it heard somthing. Then a Sviper jumped out of the bushes. It Tried to attack the plusle. It looked really young, So didn't think it had a lot of experience. I ran up as fast as I could and pushed the Plusle out of the way. Sviper's tail went straight into the ground. It loked stuck. So i grabed the plusle and ran. Ran all the way home.

When I got home My parents ran to the door and asked where I was. I said i was fine and everything. Then they looked at my hand and saw the plusle. At first... they said no right from the get go... But after i told them the story and how young it was...they made an acception... I couldn't believe i got my first poke. The plusle looked like it like me too..


A few weeks later, i went walking and plusle started to run. Right to the same place it ran last time. After a few minutes of walking the plusle went over to a bush in the woods. The bush made a noise. The plusle pointed to the bush and i looked in. There was a minun...

Water- Sky Blue Glows Blue
Fire- Blood Red Glows Red

Ghost- Midnight Black Glows Silver/Grey
Psychic- Light Purple Glows Purple
Dragon- Pumpkin Orange Glows Orange

They can also have shapes of you want them to. Ex.: Grass- Leaf

Steven- I picked these because these are the main types, and I only wanted seven, not like sixteen.

The year was rough for Raven. He had lost his Dad, and didn't know his Mom. The elders in the City were very nice to him, giving him anything he needed or wanted. The only thing he wanted could not be given to him. He just wanted to be as close to Pokemon as his Dad was, especially Ghost types. His Dad gave his life for Pokemon. Raven wanted to feel that he could do the same, but he didn't quite yet.

The morning was very beautiful, like he hadn't seen in a while. He got out of bed, and went for his daily morning walk, with Banette. Him and Banette were so close, closer than family you could say. They went and stopped by the Pokemon Center to say hello to everyone, and help out if anyone needed it. As he left, he could tell that Banette was acting very strange, urging that they go one way, a way they've never went. Banette never went in his Pokeball, and that's one reason that him and Raven are so close. Raven gave in, and went up a rather tall, and steep hill. As the reached the peak, he could see, in the distance, a very eerie Cave. Banette was pointing there, very stern and stubborn about it. Raven was cautious, but knew Banette wouldn't go there unless it was important. As he got closer and closer, he could tell that the shadows were different, like they followed him, or something. They started to enter the Cave, and Raven felt a little worried, and scared. But, he knew Banette, and he knew that he would protect Raven. Banette used Will-O-Wisp to light there way, but as they turned a corner, it suddenly disappeared. But, he could see something glowing, and as he got closer, it got larger, and brighter. It was glowing a slivery grey. It was shaped almost like a skull, and it was black. As he picked it up, he felt darker, inside, and out. He was suddenly outside the Cave holding the stone. The stone disentigrated into black light particles, and reformed themselves on the lower black necklace. They were his Father's. He freaked out, and had Banette Teleport him back to the City right away. Then, he went to the wisest Elder, and asked about the stone. The Elder shuttered, adn said that Raven was a chosen one, and was destined to fight the Evil corrupting the World. As Raven rushed to the Pokemon Center to tell everyone, there was a Special News Report. It said that if anyone had found certain stones, to immediately go to the Indigo League. Raven went back home, and packed some light things. He left a very detailed and explanantory note for everyone. He told Banette to Teleport them to the Indigo League, and before he knew it, he was satnding in front of the doors ...

[Steven]

I was wrong, This was obviously not her house it was an Ice Cream parlor. I had never been here before so my instincts told me it was her house.

I looked down at her and my stone started to glow an orange color and I could feel it try to get free of my hand and like a magnet the girl's stone started to fly upwards and glow. She had a necklace holding it, but mine was just a round stone, no hole or any way to attach it. My stone then started to slip away from my hand, so I grasped it and slipped it into my pocket. I jumped down to steal her stone but I stupidly fell and while I was falling I flipped onto my back and made a huge crash into the ground. Everything went black but before it did I could hear the voice of what I thought was an angel and a jumpluff seeing if I was alright.

I was in a cave... I was floating... I looked around and I was nowhere. I was in a strange place. I noticed seven stones moving around in a circle around an altar...

I woke up in a hospital bed.... it must have been a dream....

When Tiana reached the lake, Meriana was already swimming and leaping about in the water. When Meri spotted Tiana she yelled, "Come on in! The water is wonderful today!"
"Alright, I'm coming!" Tiana replied. She then began to wade into the water. And at first she kept her promise to Orion and stayed in the shallows. As the morning went by, she forgot about her promise and swam farther and farther out.

When she had swam just far enough that the water was too deep for her to stand on the bottom of the lake, the stone began to glow. Once more it grew heavy and began to drag her down. But she felt strangely numb and couldn't move. What is going on? She thought to herself. I'm going to run out of air soon, why am I not trying to swim upwards? Then the stone glowed once more and she breathed in, and felt air enter her lungs. But, I'm underwater how can I breathe? Then she heard a woman's voice and it told her I gave you this power through the stone you wear around your neck. I also granted you the ability to hear and speak to all water pokemon. The third power I have bestowed upon you is the ability to control water in any of it's forms. The Vaporeon who brought you the stone was also given a special power. But, you must ask her what it is for I can not speak to you further here. Goodbye my chosen one.

When the voice had faded away Tiana regained control of her body, and she was still able to breathe underwater. This is way to weird. Without further hesitation she swam to the surface and once she reached it Orion was at the edge of the shallows. "My god I thought I would have to come in after you again." He informed her.
"I don't think you'll ever have to drag me out of any body of water ever again." Tiana stated.
"And why's that?" Orion asked.
"You won't believe me, but I..."
"You what?"Orion persisted
Shaking her head Tiana replied, "I can breathe underwater."
Orion looked at her as if she were nuts and stated, "That's impossible! No one can breathe underwater!"
"I told you you wouldn't believe me."
"Well, Of course I don't!... Are you sure you're alright? I think you need to go lie down."
"No! I swear! go get your goggles on and meet me back out here as fast as you possibly can and I'll prove it to you!"
"You've gone mad! That accident last night is clearly affecting you."
"Fine then I'll prove it here and now." and Tiana dove deep deep down.
Hesitantly she opened her mouth and breathed in...

And felt air fill her lungs once more.
Orion being afraid for his friends life went in after her. When he saw her sitting on the bottom of the lake he dove down to drag her up to the surface.
Byt the time he reached her, his lungs were on fire. But, he could still see perfectly and what he saw amazed him. There she was breathing in and out normally as if she were on land. Then, his lungs reminded him that he needed air and so he swam for the surface as fast as he possibly could. As he gasped in air, Tiana surfaced next to him and said, "I told you I could breathe underwater."
"But, but how?" Orion spluttered.
"Remember the stone last night?" Tiana asked. Orion nodded, not taking his eyes off her.
"Remember how I told you that it glowed when Meri gave it to me?" Orion nodded again still breathing hard.
"Well, just now, It glowed again." and she told him all about what it had done last night and what the voice had told her just minutes before.
"I-I... I don't know what to say." Orion said when Tiana's story had ended.
"I don't blame you, now let's go in and figure out what to do."
"What do you mean?"Orion asked.
"Well, that voice whoever she was, she called me her chosen, and she can't have given me these... gifts without a purpose."
"Alright, but like you said let's go inside before we try to figure this out."

When they walked in to the kitchen the TV was still on the news. Orion was about to turn it off when a news flash came on...
"this just in, It has been reported that unusual stones are being found throughout the land. Indigo Plateau officials have asked that anyone who has found a strange stone to please find a way to reach the Indigo Plateau as soon as possible. Thank you."
As soon as the announcement finished, Tiana and Orion looked at eachother.
"I think that my stone would count as unusual don't you?" Tiana asked.
"Heh, definately." Orion replied.
"Well, I guess I better go then huh?"
"I guess you'll have to."
"That answeres one of my questions but before I go, I'm gonna find out what Meri's new power is."
"Well, seeing as how I won't be able to understand what Meri is saying I'll leave that to you." Orion stated and left to go take a shower.

Tiana sighed and called out, "Hey, Meriana!"
"Yes?" Meri replied from the door.
"When you found the stone did anything unusual happen?"
"Yes, a voice spoke to me and told me to give the stone to you."
"Did that voice tell you anything else?"
"Only that I would recieve a gift if I did give it to you."
"And did, anything happen this morning to you?"
"you mean when the stone glowed again?"Meri asked.
"Yeah," said Tiana "when it glowed for the second time."
"Yep yep, The Voice came back and gave me a new powerful attack!"
"Really?" Tiana asked "and what was that new ability?"
"She said that it was called Hurricane."
"Did she tell you what it does?"
"she did better than that she showed me what it does and how to use it."
"Could you show me?" Tiana asked of Meri.
"The voice said only to use it in battle." Meri replied.
"Alright then, show me the first chance you get okay?"
"You bet!"

That afternoon, Tiana said goodbye to Orion and then Orion's one Psychic pokemon, Abra, used telport on Tiana and Vaporeon to get them quickly to Indigo Plateau.

When Tiana popped back into time and space in front of the doors to Indigo Plateau, she found herslf looking at the back of a very tall, rather well built, young man who was just opening the lefthand door. When Tiana thought someone was tall that was saying something, for she herself was 5'9". She noticed that he was dressed all in black. Well, I guess black has to be Someone's favorite color she thought to herself. At first she was a little put of by the all black outfit. She then noticed that he had a banette, She knew that generally those who trained any pokemon were usually fairly nice people. As he was almost through the door by this time she called out, "Hold the door please!" She then ran to catch up to him.
"Hello, my name is Tiana, and my Vaporeon is Meriana, it's nice to meet you I'm sure." Tiana said somewhat nervously as she fell in step with the rather large youth.

Raven turned around, and saw a tall, pretty young lady. She had a Vaporeon with her, but an Abra had just teleported away. It was pretty fast, he didn't expect anyone else to show up for sometime. He could tell she was a genuine, kind, a whole hearted young lady.

"Well, I'm happy someone joined me," Raven jokingly said.

He held the door open, and as they walked in, the Elite 4, and many news cameras rushed them.

[Steven]

I woke up in a hospital bed with my jacket gone. It was night time and I was in some strange place I had never been. My pokemon and the magical stone I had were not with me when all of a sudden I noticed a bright streak of orange zoom through the air and I put up my hand to block whatever it was and to my relief the stone I had found earlier jumped into my hand. My hand now felt strange yet again and the stone started to melt into my hand. I was absorbing it's power and I was having a mix of feelings. I was confused, curious, happy, lost, and empowered... I thought about what had happened earlier and reflecting back made me think... I had a rage... I wasn't like that, I was quiet and kept together... but for some reason... I had lost myself and started to get mad... I sat up in bed and looked around. I saw my Kingdra's net ball lying on a table near me and I picked it up and freed him. I got out of bed and silently put on my jacket and left the building to figure out where I was or who that angel was that I tried to steal the stone from. The power of the stone I had aquired may have been more powerful than I first thought, and I was afraid.

I limped away from the building until I was far away so that I could fly. I loved to fly, I felt free and away from my troubles, and yet my pokemon could not. We came to a forest that I had never seen before and after going through a lake and going south we came across a shrine... I really didn't read its old and covered and moss sign but said it was a shrine dedcated to it's protector. I wandered further, but I could not fly thought the thick trees so I was forced to walk on my hurt leg. I must have injured it in the fall earlier. I stood still in the pitch black of the forest. I felt afraid. I don't know what had driven me so far as to get this deep into a forest that I was now lost in... A Noctowl made a scary laugh, "Caaaw!" and leaves rustled in a breeze that made my spine chill. My body froze as if someone was stalking me. I wanted to look, but fear took me over and I stood frozen. Just the stillness of the night scared me... I had never been afraid of the dark until now and now more than ever. I started to creep slowly and slowly until I came upon an opening where I could see the moon shining vaguely. I flapped up and out of the forest to find a new place to go. I looked down and saw a faint sparkle of green glitter... maybe it was my imagination, but for some reason I felt secure and protected... maybe there was a protector of the forest... I flew further and came to a city with a sign that said "Welcome to Olivine City!" I swooped down and rested at the top of an old boat floating in the harbor. I released Kingdra into the wild to play and come back in the morning. My leg pulsed with pain. I laid there peacefully and looked out upon the city. All the windows black except for one, the lighthouse. I fell asleep in peace...

Stephen ran quickly down the road with his purple stone hanging from his necklace. It was in the shape of a crystal ball, and glowed a mysterious purplish color. Stephen ran, kicking dust up behind him to Olivine City, and finally came to his Dad's house.

"Hey Dad, wutsup? I found this cool stone!! Well, actually, Gardevoir found it!"

Stephen walked over to the counter to give his pokemon something to eat while his Dad looked at the current bills.

"Oh come on!! Two-hundred and fifty dollars JUST for the phone bill?! That's obserd!!" Then Stephen's Dad looked up and said, "Wow, that necklace is pretty amazing son. Where did you find it?"

"I found it in a tree Dad. I don't know how or why it got stuck there, but I think it was meant for me."

Then, Stephen looked at Dad and heard a slight mumbling in his head that sounded like his Dad. It said, "Or maybe it was meant for me...". Stephen looked astonished, and found out that he heard what his Father was thinking. He ran outside in suprise and kept running until he got to the light house.

"Gardevoir, do you know what this is?"

"I sense a powerful aura coming from this stone Stephen, it may have more significance than we thought. Who knows, it could be a stone that gives you special powers or something. Or maybe it just unlocks the powers you had already..."

Stephen stared in amazement as he heard all of this, getting more confused as it went...

[Tiana_M]

IC: One of the Elite four reached them first saw that each of them had a necklace with a stone on it and said quickly, "Don't say anything to the reporters, but please come with me." He then led them throuhg the reporters to the other end of the hall with the other three surrounding us as they joined the party. Once we reached the other end of the hall they opened the double doors slightly and we were able to leave the reporters behind. The Elite who had first spoken to us led us to a rather comfortable little room with a fireplace and eleven comfortable looking chairs and stated," I see you each have found one Stone." He said this with some relief but with awe as well.
"Yeah, and that means what exactly?" I asked of him.
"Well, we're not quite sure, but we believe that the stones around your necks are just two of the legendary Stones of Creation." He told us.
I looked at the young man sideways just as he glanced at me.

"Ah, I see neither of you have heard the legend. Well, let me explain, but first please sit and make yoursleves comfortable." So, we all sat down and he offered us both tea and continued on with the story.
"You see the legend states that five thousand years ago, far from civilization and far below the earth, a being reckoned with forces far to strong for it to conquer. The forces obliterated the being leaving nothing behind.
But, a few months ago a young explorer found that very same cavern, which had arisen from the depths after many many years of erosion. The forces, instead of fighting the explorer freed themselves into our world. And, when the explorer ventured further into the cave, after much careful preperation, he found a tablet.
This tablet told of a time when an evil and powerful force would threaten our world but, it gave the people some hope as well for it also told of seven special young persons who would find the seven Stones of Creation and that these seven together might be able to save our world."

"So, we're finding the stones now, because of that evil dude who wants to take over our world... the one who killed all those Gym leaders right? I asked aloud.
"Exactly the case my dear," the Elite replied.
"But, how could we possibly defeat this guy even when all those powerful gym leaders couldn't even touch him?" I asked.
"That is what we have brought you here to find out." the Elite stated, "and as aoon as the rest of you get here, we will certainly be able to find a way to defeat this madman, or so we all hope. Now, it would be very helpful if both of you could give me any information about how you think these stones can help us."

"Well, I'll certainly tell you of what I know about my stone but shouldn't we wait for the others to get here so that none of us is missing any information?"
"That might sound like a good idea unfortunately, we haven't a clue when the others will arrive it might be within a few hours, but, it might be in a few days too, but if we start gathering information now, we will be able to start formulating a plan." the Elite pointed out.
"Alright then, Well, it all began last night..."
I then told him and the youth all about the rather eventful time I had had since the night before, with the help of Vaporeon who took great pleasure in reminding me of the small details I missed.

Once I finished my story I asked, "Now, can we please make some introductions? I mean I don't know either of your names. Here I'll start, my name is Tiana and my Vaporeon is Meriana."

OOC: Esper, will you please do the Elite member's introduction for me? I can't remember any of the Elite's names.

[Steven]

I woke up in mid day and saw a boy running from a tree to a house. I didn't want to assume this time so I just stayed away. I just noticed a shine of purple and I had all the time I needed so I waited. I saw him get out of his house and thats when I flew over. I didn't have the rage I had earlier and my desire for the stone wasn't present. He looked behind and straight at me as if he knew exactly what I was thinking. I could feel the stone that I had absorbed earlier materialize in my hand and start glowing between my fingers. I saw his necklace and the stone on his neck and it started to glow aswell. There wasn't a magnetic effect like last time, but I was still curious. "Do you want to have a pokemon fight?", I asked him and waited for his response...

"OH MY GOSH!" Berri screamed as a strange man fell off the building. The way he had eyed her sent goose bumps up her body and she felt she needed protection.
Almost instantly the lime green stone began to glow a brighter green then ever before. Berri held it in her hands and suddenly felt calm and relaxed. It was almost like the trees swaying in the gentle breeze and the grass bending at the wind's command... She could here them all. They were breathing and whispering words in her ears.

A nearby tree bent down and its branches grew longer until they had protectivly surrounded Berri's body. She stared down at the man who had fallen and bit her lip in concern.
"Eh... You feeling awright?" She asked quietly, expecting a reply. Jumpluff poked him with a blue puff ball and murmered something before pulling back and whimpering.
"SIR! Are you ok? Should I call a doctor? SAY SOMETHING!" She shreiked, gathering a bit too much attention.

"Young lady, are you ok?" Someone asked her, noticing the tree that was hugging her. This character was another male. His eyes were bright blue and his hair a silvery color while scars and tattoos covered his body. Berri shevier in fright and the stone's warmth and glow increased, blinding he man while the tree pulled Berri into its branches her safty.
She stared. Just stared. Her stone was as cold as ice again and the tree had return to normal, its branches forming a little bed of leaves with complet support. The man she'd just met was calling 911 to help the guy who had fainted and everything looked like it'd be ok now...
"So tired..." Berri murmered as Jumpluff glided on a breeze and depoisted herself in the little bed.

Raven was so flabbergasted from all the reporters, and stuff. He just couldn't believe that a couple of stones are so rare, and so precious. The entire Elite Four started to gather into the room where Raven and Tiana are. She introduced herself, so Raven thought it would be Ok to do the same.
"Hi, I'm Raven, and this is Banette", Raven said calmly.

Elite Four Champion Steven was the one who escorted them into the room, while Sidney, Pheobe, Glacia, and Drake came in later. Raven knows Pheobe, since he's a big fan of her's. It's weird, so many people have said that they look alike. He doesn't see much resemblence, though. They started to introduce themselves.
"Sidney, the King of Darkness."
"Pheobe, Ghost-type Extrodinaire."
"Glacia, Ultimate Ice Queen."
"Drake, Dominate Dragon Expert."
"Steven, Elite Champion."

Raven was so excited to finally meet them. It was always one of his dreams to be in the Elite Four. Maybe if he got more Pokemon, he could maybe be in it. He just wished that others would get there soon, he wanted to get this thing rolling.

OOC: - CNikkita, why dont't u do the whole prophecy thing, if you want of course. You can have them tall us what the stones are, what their effect is, where they came from, etc.

OOC: When I wrote the last post I used the first person view with me as Tiana even though I hadn't at first. I think that I like using the first person better though so I'm going to continue to do so throughout the rest of my posts. :smile:

IC: "Now that you two know our names and the legend, we have been doing some research here at Indigo Plateau." Drake told us, and took two folders from a table sitting nearby. "Now that you know what you're here to ultimately do, we can share with you what some of that reasearch has shown us." Having said this he handed us each a folder. When I opened mine the first thing I saw was a title page that said The Stones of Creation in big, black lettering with a blank circle, under the words.
"What's the blank circle for?" I asked.
"Well, since none of us knew what any of the stones would look like we just left it blank, But you're welcome to do whatever you wish with these folders so long as you don't loose them" Glacia informed me.
"Yes, but of course we put them together for you so that you could look back on what we're about to tell you now." Steven interjected.
Drake took his cue, "What we have found is that when the seven forces escaped from their cave, they found that they could not stay in our world. But, they knew of the great threat to come, and so instead of abandoning this world altogether they left a bit of themselves behind in the one thing that they knew would last, the stones that you and five others are finding or have found already. Just as they finished putting what little bit of themselves into the stones that they could, they were forced to flee from this world. What forced them to leave we still aren't sure, but we do know that as they fled they scattered the stones to make sure that only those worthy of becoming the champions of this world would find them. The voice that Tiana heard was most likely the spirit of the force that made her stone." he took a drink from a his tea and took a deep breath, "The stones were given just enough of the forces' being to give one trainer one or two, possibly even three new powers and their chosen pokemon a new and powerful attack. We don't know for sure yet what the powers of each given stone are. But, we do know the chosen element each force had and now I will tell you what those are. Water," He nodded his head towards Tiana, "Ghost," at this he glanced at Raven, "Dragon, Electricity, Fire, Grass, and Psychic Abilities. Unfortunately that is all we can tell you." Drake finished.

"But now that you two are here we can begin immediately to figure out exactly what each of you and your pokemon can do." Steven said enthusiastically.
"Well, I know what I can do already because the voice told me what my three powers are," Tiana said, "But, I don't know what power Meriana has recieved."
"Yes well, it it getting late, and both of you have had a long day as have we." Drake said sensibly, "So, Tiana, Glacia will show you to your rooms and Raven, Steven here will show you to yours." Tomorrow, we will work on figuring out the powers that Raven, Banette, and Meriana have recieved."
Having said this, Drake, Sidney, and Pheobe got up and filed out of the room.
Leaving Tiana, Glacia, Raven and Steven together.

Tiana closed her folder, stood up, stretched, grabbed her small pack, yawned and said, "Uumph, I didn't even notice how late it is,"
"Neither did I." Glacia replied and motioned for Tiana and Meri to follow her as she moved out the door. "Well, Goodnight Steven, Raven, Banette." Glacia said just outside the door.
"Yes, goodnight Raven, Banette, and Steven." Tiana echoed closing the door behind her.
"Goodnight Banette" Tiana heard Meriana say to the other pokemon.
Glacia began to lead Tiana down the corridor back the way Steven had brought them. Tiana didn't pay much attention to where they were going, only keeping in step with Glacia.
"I'm glad that you're the one who got the water stone Tiana, I had hoped it would be a young lady. I also hope that we come to be friends during your stay here." Glacia informed Tiana. This came as a shock to Tiana
Wow, Glacia wants to be my friend Tiana thought, but instead of voicing her thoughts she said only, "Why, Thank you! I would be honored to be able to call you my friend." When they finally reached the room Glacia said, "Here we are." and opened the door to the room. When Tiana looked inside she saw that although the walls were plain, there was a beautiful, four post, canopied bed with blue sheets with it's headboard on the left hand wall. Also there was a fairly large window with one of the most increadible views Tiana had ever seen direcly opposite the door. Opposide her bed was a short, wide dresser with a small TV on top of it.
"Thank you so much! and Sleep well, Glacia." Tiana gasped.
"He he he, Your very welcome Tiana, Good night." Glacia laughed and closed the door.

Showing Raven to his room, Steven was interrupted by a call, and had to be excused for a minute. Pheobe was in the same hallway, and started to go towards Raven, and he got really nervous.
"Um, hi, I'm a really big fan of yours," Raven siad with sweat dropping from his forehead.
"On the contrary, I'm a big fan of yours," Pheobe responded with a nice, calm smile. "Walk with me for a while." She added.
Raven put down his things on his bed, and started to walk with Pheobe. They talked a whole lot about the legend, the stones, and especially Ghost pokemon. When she stopped walking, Raven realized they were outside, in the pitch black night, by a shrine looking thing.
"This is where I train," Pheobe started,"and I also meditate."
Raven looked around, and saw how beautiful it was, and was so priveleged to be there in the first place. They stayed there for a while, and then went back inside. Raven went to his bedroom, and Pheobe went to hers. She told him that in the morning they could start to train Banette, and train him as well.
