I dont know if this is the best place to ask but, what specific things do I have to do before I can trade in XD and also where do I have to go to trade in the GBA game?

Hey! Don't link to the compeition :P

All you have to do is beat Greevil. Then the trading room in Phenac is open.

In the game you're trading with, you must be saved in the Pokemon Center.

Just an added note in case you can't figure out the great "mystery of Deoxys and Mew", as to why they won't trade from the GBA; it's because they know it came from an action replay. I watched my friend Mike get like 30 from it, and the first one I got from Brith Island worked (thank goodness it was the nature I wanted lol)

Mew has to be caught legit too. btw I just got mine off XD too.

Nintendo implemented a special "cheatsafe" with Deoxys and Mew so that if you use a cheating device to get it, it won't obey you. They also made it so you couldn't trade it/use it on Colloseum or XD.

Anyway, question answered.
