Keep in mind that I just beat Wattson and got my third badge... were can I find ice punch (tm) ? I can bye thunderbult... I think

ooo my bad i forgot the wattson part and u can get ice punch from the battle frontier in emerald but u cant get it in ruby or saphire i dont think. so instead of ice punch id go with shadow ball because it is a good move for in-game
