Errr, I though it was when the man talks to you near Rusturf Cave. And no, I never though you had to defeat the Elite Four.

really thanks for the information, now I should be able to catch rayquaza easier than with a ultra ball. what the deal with the pokemon catching anyways you get the wild pokemon down to the lowest hp possible and there still isnt able to catch it, anyways thank you:cool:

are you positive that it possible to buy a timer ball there I can't seem to find it, either I did something wrong o something but I did beat the elite four so there should be no problem

Guess what? It doesnt matter if hes beat norman.... If hes playing emerald, he has to get past him already to beat rayquaza... and if hes playing RS.... hes already beat the E4.
So it doesnt matter :rolleyes: :signduh: .... by the way, they arent available until you talk to the man from devon thats outside rustboro cave and get your repeat ball. I know beacause i just did that about 30 seconds ago just to make sure to prove my theory... and rest assured this works!
