My friend made a trede, Harry Potter 3 for his pokemon emerald. He has already sold my Harry Potter 3 and spent the money. Now he wants his emerald back. But I'm saying no, you sold my game that means I get to keep you'res! But now his mum comes and askes for it back. What should I do?

get your mom to stick up for you. Its your friends fault he sold the DVD you gave him after HE offered the trade, and it was a stupid trade for him (excellent for you though :biggrin: ). So, dont woory about it, just tell his mom he was the one that wanted to trade and that he sold the dvd and spent the money and now he wants it back. Hopefully you will get things worked out.

you shuldent give it back he shuld get you harry potter 3 and then you give it back or tell his mum you traded and why shuld you give it back.
But you culd just ask for the mony he got for it
