This is what I have found while playing:

*SPOILERS*




Galaxy is trying to wake Diaruga/Parukia and need to capture the Psychic Trio to do so.

Team Galaxy prefers Poison and Dark Pokemon with the occasional Normal Type thrown in. This makes Bug, Ground, Fighting, and Psychic decent choices for defeating them.

The Boss is Akagi. Admins, just like in the other games are the team Vets. Admins are Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn.

They're basically a mix between Team Rocket and Team Aqua/Magma.

Team Galaxy (Japanese: ギンガ団 Ginga Dan) is the villainous organisation in Shin'ō. Among other things, they try to entice Pokémon to do their bidding, attempt to invite the professor to do research for them and steal people's Pokémon.

Team Galaxy wants to catch the Pokémon that created the world: Dialga of time and Palkia of Space, as well as Emurit, Agnom, and Yuxie so that Akagi can destroy the universe and rebuild it in his own image with himself as an absolute God.
