how get in the safari zone

i cant get in. they say i need pokeblocks case to enter but i got hard time in finding one.

anyone know where to find pokeblock case so i can enter safari zone?

In Ruby and Sapphire, the Pokeblock case is in the Contest Hall in Slateport City. A little girl will give it to you when you talk to her.

In Emerald, it's in the Lilycove City Contest Hall.
