You probarbly would. But getting it to be a Milotic is even harder than catching the thing.
So many wasted pokeblocks...
And if you see a male Feebas, catch it anyway. You can breed a girl if you want.

Repeat and repeat... I think it's in other threads. I'll repeat:

Feebas is found in 6 different sopts on Route 119. On Dewford Town, when the trendy phrase is changed, the 6 locations of Feebas changes as well.
