I need a place/method to train my Lv. 60 Pokemon to Lv. 100 that doesn't take ages. Isn't there anything better than defeating the Elite 4 999999 times?

train it in the cave where you catch mewtwo or you can battle some trainers that you have beated before

Nope........IMO the best place to quickly train high lv pokes is the E4.

Use this link (http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/forum/showthread.php?t=25763). It won't work on Emerald, though.
