What about Starf and Lansat? What do they do?

Lansat raises CH Chance.
Starf raises "Any Stat"

Also note that the starf berry raises one of your stats randomly, but in 2 stages, whereas the other berries raise a specific stat in 1 stage

Some Pokemon that are Baton Passers MIGHT choose Starf as the effect can be brought over... I think...
