In sootopolis there is a house with an old man in it that says something about him being a young lad and catching pokemon and stuff and there is a doorway behind him blocked by some potplants.
Also on one of the islands in Fr/Lg there is a house with an old lady saying a similar thing and a doorway behind her blocked by some boxes.
What are these doors for and how are we meant to go through them?:neutral:

You need a special e-reader card. They let you battle those people.

Yes, but they're only accessible, like HiF said, by scanning an E-Reader card.

Indeed.

But going out and looking for an e-reader and the cards isn’t worth it. They aren't that great.

I'm presuming it will just be a regular room with a trainer there waiting to fight you. I don't think there's any items or anything =/

That's what I think, too. Still, I don't think it's worth it. The trainers are probably gonna suck anyway.

I presume you mean the opponent is weak. Alright so we who do not have E-card Readers miss out on a weak trainer. How sad. ^_^
