secret base help...

can someone tell me why everytime i choose an item to decorate my secret base it says that the item cant be placed here, whats up with that, thanks.

Hmm, well it sounds like either you're trying to place an item on top of another item, you're trying to place an item in a space where it won't fit, you're trying to place an item where it cannot go (ie. trying to put a poster in the middle of the room, or something) or you've already got the maximum amount of items out (I think it's 16.)

no thats not it at all, i have nothing im my base, its that lone tree on the island by the cycling road, i have no items in there whatsoever and evrytime i pick any item eg. a duskull doll it says i cant place it there, perhaps i should try somewhere else??

Hmm, from memory I don't think dolls can be placed straight onto the floor, they have to be put on carpets or stuff like that. You can buy carpets from the Lilycove Dept. Store if you want to try it out.
