how am i supposed to catch mew in pokemon ranger

Youre supposed to catch a shedenja and use it on Mew

I caught it by charging my minum's power up to its maximum and then stunning mew and then quickly drawing circles around it. It took about 10 tries. A quick and easy way to get your bar up to maximum power is by continually drawing circles around meganium.

And no, you do not need Shedinja to capture Mew.

Are there nay fighting type pokemon in lyra forest? Because im having the same problem and it would be much easier with a fighting pokemon assist

its easier to use shedinja.shedinja will trap mew in place after a complete loop has been made.after,its a piece of cake!:biggrin:

I found I nice little place with 2 mankey and a primape, does that help :ponder:
to find it, go to the pond with the lotad in it, capture the heracross on the 2nd floor, and knock down the dead tree to make a bridge. then go in the room and there should be 2 mankey and 1 primape waiting to be yours. :smile:
