Do you know where Earthquake and Thunder Wave are located? Or any other Physical (not Special Attack) TMs Rayquaza and Salamence can learn? They both have great Attack, but I don't have many good Attack TMs. Thanks.

Earthquake is in the last leg of the underground sea cavern, and you could try the move tutor for Thunder Wave (I think you mean Thunder though) and that you can get at the Lilycove department store along with Fire Blast, Blizzard, and Hyper Beam. Hope I helped.

In pokemon ruby, it's in the cave of origin.

How far are you in the game? You follow archie's submarine to an underground sea cavern, (sapphire/emerald), work your way through it, and the TM earthquake is right after the entrance into the final room where you battle archie.

If you have Ruby, read the above post.

I beat the game, and I have Emerald. My party is well in the high 90's, so I can do alot and access every place.

Then you should have already gotten earthquake. You might have already used it or accidentally sold it or something. But for strong attacks I usually resort to the Lilycove department store, or waste some time at the game corner, I think you get ice beam, flamethrower, and thunderbolt there. Also, depending on the pokemon, the move tutor has decent moves as well.

The thing is, I've done everything I can. The Deparment's attacks are strong but inaccurate, unless with a combo, I've gotten plently of the Game Corner TM's, and the Move Tutor has nothing more. And I'm not sure if I used the TM yet. But I need good physical attacks for dragon Pokemon, since they turned out to be huge Physical Sweepers when I loaded them with Special attacks. It was a costly mistake, and stupid, I know.

Remember, once you get Earthquake, you can't use it anymore, so use it wisely.

And also, don't waste Earthquake if you have a pokemon naturaly learn it.
