Where's Gyrados?

Hey, sorry to post this, please don't get mad at me for posting a question, but in Pokemon Ruby, do you know where it's possible to catch the pokemon Gyrados?

Gyarados can be found by fishing around Sootopolis City with a Super Rod.

He's rare though, I think you should just raise a Magikarp with an Exp. Share, takes less time.

Yes, it will. It earns the same EV's from the pokemon that battled, as long as it gained EXP.

1.you can trade.
2.you can evolve a magikarp.
3.you can catch a gyarados at sootopolis city by using a super rod.

The Magikarp is at a higher level, so I would get Magikarp.

use old rod near dewford and catch lvl 5 magicarp then use exp share and go to elite four and get through it voila a gyardos by the hour :biggrin:

Hahaha... you can get Magikarp to level 20 in less than 30 minutes. Eitherways I guess this question is answered.
