I have a guide for emerald and it says that bagon is common in meteor falls in rooms 2,3, and 4, but it also says that Golbat and solrock are very common, so I can't find a bagon at all, so can someone help me find a bagon?

Wow, this is odd, if the guide is an official nitendo guide, then keep looking. I hate golbats, they're everywhere. If the guide was not an official nitendo guide, check more sources, and wsee if they have the same answer.

Actually, he only appears in the room Puggles mentioned, the room with TM02 Dragon Claw, and I'd say he's more of an uncommon/rare than common.
