In here just post the team you currently have in Rangers. Note: If you beat the game you can take any pokemon anywhere you wan't.
Okey so I have the following:
Minun
Tyflosion
Blaziken
Absol
Crobat
Regice
Sceptile
T-tar
I would keep charizard buy I can't in the game. And I did have regirock then when I had to get Groudon I had to let it go along with the other guys.
I have beatin Groudon, Kyogre, Mew, Celebi, Dexys, and Rayquaza god he was hard.

any tips on how to capture registeel? If so, how & what pokemon should I use. I'v got both regice & regirock, whom I'm not getting rid of.
