Sorry but, Orange Islands isn't in Crystal. Only Kanto and Jhoto. Whoever told you that it was was obviously lieing to you.

It's a definite fake, the Orange Islands have never once appeared in Pokemon games. And yeah, I've heard this rumor before.

You have? Cause I haven't. The only rumor's I've heard is that if you train a female Typhlosian to a certain level with certain attacks it'll learn a new one that a male one can't and, that you can somehow get to the Characipic Valley.

The orange islands aren't like the islands in FR/LG. There not in any region. I don't know why they even made them.

They probably needed to fill in the time after Kanto in the Anime before Gold and Silver were released.

And Characipic Valley? What's that all about??

k, to answer your question: No, the orange islands aren't found in any game. The closest thing you'll get is a hacked ROM, but no one can give you information on how to get it here
