Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven. NO contest.

Knowing the history behind why he composed it makes it 100 times stronger.

Mmm..there's a song from wich I burst into tears when I hear it, but it not the song that's so sad, but more the phase in my life it's related to.
A song that is really sad IMO is Everytime by Britney. She's so pure when she sings that song, the whole sex-slave act just disappears, and all that's left is an insecure girl.

Meh, my view niw

Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven. NO contest.

Knowing the history behind why he composed it makes it 100 times stronger. YES. And after I started watching Case Closed I never wanted to hear that song again. :paranoid:

I'd say "When They Do" or somethin like that. Forgot what it was called, and who it was by, but it is talking about how parents have to give up their children one day, and it is really sad.

A new day has come by Celine Dion...

Not really a sad song, but for some reason << I really don't know why>> I cry when I hear it =/.

It pierces trough my soul [/dramaqueen] =P

^_^

The lyrics kind of reflect part of my life ^^, though luckily now I am in the new day =b.

Without a doubt, "The Old Castle" by Modeste Mussorgsky (which I seriously doubt many of you have heard), espesially on orchestral version. ^/^
