A Banning Response

Hello, I am here on behalf of Cute Mew, of Team Flora. She was banned long ago from the URPG for a simple misconception. I would like to propose that she be unbanned. Besides the fact that she didn't even know it was against the rules to create a URPG on another forum, she's been banned for a very long time, and I think it has been long enough personally. She wishes to do URPG battles in the War, and cannot due to her being banned. So, I ask you, will you please unban her from the Ultra Role-Playing Game?

this is Flare's dealing, he did the banning. i already told ya to ask Flare. but if you can't get him in a sufficiant amount of time, then come to me and i'll declare what happens. but i'd really like Flare to answer.
