yes, your main problem is not saving as .PNG if you are using an older computer, just type .PNG after the file name. As for the recolors, you must recolor each shade, not the whole thing. Also, try making fusions more natural by recoloring it a solid color or two. The pokeballs looks fine. How about one for raikou?

But, here are some tips.

When you're done with the sprite, move it up with the dotted rectangle tool to the upper left corner, then drag the dot at the bottom-right corner so that it matches up to the sprite.

Work on the outlines, and look at any bad things you see in the sprite when done. This can help you improve a lot.

Shade.

Save as Png. Remember, PNG=PwNaGe.
