The Nightmare before Christmas - Pokemon Edition

[Agent Orange]

Note: If you do not celebrate some of these holidays, I apoligise, I am going off of the movie the Nightmare before Christmas, which was made in the USA.

You are wandering through a deep, deep forest. Trees surround you everywhere. Everything is green, green, green. Up ahead you see a glimpse of color. Curious, you approach it. Inside there is a clearing. Surrounding he clearing are the tallest trees you have ever seen in your life, stretching high above all the other trees. On each tree there is a marking with a tiny golden doorknob on it. You examine the markings. There is...a Jack o' Lanturn, a lavishly decorated Christmas tree, and a large clock pointing to 12:00 midnight. Welcome to the in between place. Behind each of these doors is a world centered on one particular holiday. Which will you choose?


In this Roleplay, you take on the role of a pokemon moving to a holiday world of your choice. We need at least 2 people in each world to begin.


Christmas Town

Welcome to Christmas town! This town is blanketed by heavy snows all year long, and its resident of honor is none other than Santa Clause, a jolly, old, fat Delibird who hands out presents each year to all the good little pokemon, and exploding presents to the bad ones.

Terrain: Very hilly, and stretches out for miles. The town itself is rather small, and in a flat part, surrounded by hills.

Average weather and temp.: 7 degrees Fereignheight, Snowy.

Population: About 100.

National Sport: Sledding


Halloween Town

Welcome to Halloween Town! This is a slightly larger town then Christmas Town, and is loaded with Dark, Ghost, and generally creepy Pokemon! Don't be decieved though, they are nice, and welcome you to their town. Don't stay long after dark though. Large and spread out, when not in town, you can veiw rundown graveyards and spooky feilds.

Terrain: Flat, with the occasional hill. Mountains to the west and south. Many have ventured to there. None have returned.

Average weather and temp: Always auttum and a breeze blows often. 50-60 degrees F.

Population: About 200.

National Sport: Pumpkin Carving


New Year City

Woohoo! Welcome to the city that never gos to bed untill 2:00 AM! In this city, parties are rampant no matter what the day! Looking for a good time? Come on down!

Terrain: High Rise Skyscrapers.

Average weather and temp: Weather: Varies. Temp: Varies.

Population: Over 1000

National Sport: Football, baseball, everything!

I sat down in one of my cushy flame retartardant sofas in my little house. It was a cold day out, so I had a fire going in the fireplace. I smiled as I glanced around the small living room. There was a TV in a cabinet in the north side, with some paintings of a Landscape from Halloween town on the walls of the small room. I decided to go sledding outside for a bit. I didnt know many people in town, although you dont know who you will meet. Looking out the window at the falling snow as I scaled the stairs of my house, I walked into my room, with a landscape of the supposed Montains in Halloween town, hanging on the blue walls, it was a cozy room. It had a mahogany dresser and desk, (Which I was careful not to bump into, lest I burn down the house) and pulled out a yellow hat and gloves. I also took out my tail mitten, because today was not a nice day to die in my opinion. Slipping these on, I looked over at my billboard hanging up near the dark red Radiator. Hanging up next to some sketches, was a picture of me and Yolie, a really good friend who moved away to Halloween town. The smile on my face flattening out, I quickly directed my glance to the bookshelf. This being wood too, I thought that it was kinda unwise to have so much wood in my house, considering my rear end was pepetually burning. Thinking about this, I walked down the stairs and out the door, into the snowy day.

[Lightning]

OOC: Since this is a Sneasel's point of view, and a Sneasel is an ice type, when it says warm, it is cold to a regular human or fire pokemon or something.
Also, you can tell which city he is in, because when he is in Christmas Town, actions will be in green text, and talking will be in red, when he is in Halloween Town, actions will be in black font, and talking in orange font, and when he is in New Year's Town, all font will be blue.

*I walked outside, feeling the nice warm snow on my fur. I walked towards the large park that was in Christmas Town. All around me was a blanket of white snow, like always. I continued walking until I finally got to the park. I ignored everything except for the red bar that red chains, which held a green seat for a swing. I sprinted towards it, and sat in the swing, closing my eyes as I swang back and forth.*

Sneasel: Ah, this is the life!

I was downstairs, eating my breakfast, when I looked outside and saw many of the other pokémon that live around here sliding down the icey hill. I jumped out of my seat and ran upstairs into my room. It was a large room, with a dark ceiling, painted with many different constelations. The walls were completely covered with painted on flames. I went over to my dresser and took out four little gloves for my paws, put them on, then ran back downstairs.

"Bye Mom! I'm going sledding! I'll be back by 10:30(PM)!" I yelled as I ran out the door.

I ran all the way up to the top of the icey hill. I waited for most of the younger pokémon to get out of the way, then I got a large running start and then started sliding down the huge hill at top speed. When I got down to the bottom, however, I did not stop where all of the others did. Probably because I was moving at a much faster speed. So I kept on sliding. Then, I saw in front of me, a Charmander at about the same age as me. I was heading right towards him. I struggled to stop, but it didn't help.

"LOOK OUT!!!!" I yelled as I hoped he would hear me. But it was too late. We were too close to each other. And WHAM!!! We smashed into each other, with me, of coarse, head first, and I went flying into the snow.

[Agent Orange]

I looked up at the sky smiling, and thought about what a nice day it was.

I heard something being yelled, and turned around to see a Flarion rushing straight at me.

"Holy...Umph!"

I yelled as Flarion careened into me, knocking me off my feet, into a snow drift.

I groggily sat up, my vision swimming.

"Oh, hello mommy, I want some chocolate mommy, please mommy? I want some mars balls..."

I said, and fell back down into the snow.

[Lightning]

*I stopped swinging after a while, and jumped off, opening my eyes. When I opened my eyes, I saw a Flareon collide into a Charmander.The Flareon flew in the air like a bird before ramming head first right back into the snow. The Charmander stood up, but then fell back down only one or two yards from the Flareon. I retracted my claws, and got on the snow on all fours, dashing speedily towards the two pokemon, wanting to help them.*

[perfectpichu]

"D***! Now that's smarts!" I cried as I rubbed my head. I got up out of the snow and ran over to where the Charmander flew. I carefully got him to sit up. "Oh man! Are you okay?! I am sooooo sorry!! I was going so fast, and I saw you coming, but I couldn't stop!! I'm so sorry! You're not hurt or anything are you?!"

[Agent Orange]

I stood up and shook the snow off of my head. I looked at the Flarion.



"Yeah..Im fine thanks..."

[Lightning]

*I got there after a minute or so.*

Sneasal: Are you two OK?

[perfectpichu]

"That's good. The name's Kala. What's your's?" I said as I shook my body furiously, getting all of the snow off of me, and on to everything else.

[Agent Orange]

"Were fine, thanks." I said to the new arrival.

I wiped a bit of snow off my face.

"My names Rall."

[Lightning]

Wolverine: Nice to meet you two! My name's Wolverine!

[perfectpichu]

"Whoops. Sorry Rall." I said, "Oh hey. I'm Kala. Nice to meet ya Wolverine."

[Agent Orange]

"Hi wolverine."

I lokked to the 2 of them.

"You guys live around here?"

[perfectpichu]

"Yup. My house is the one that looks like it's on fire." I joked, "It has flames painted around the doors and windows. It's right by the hill I just slid down from. You can't miss it."

[Lightning]

Wolverine: Yes, I do live here. I live about fifty yards from the park the opposite way of the hill. I love it here, it is a very beautiful place here. I love the snow. But I do occasionaly visit Halloween Town.

[Agent Orange]

"Oh yeah...I've seen that house before."

I jerked my head towards the snow covered Pine woods behind me.

"I live in that stone housea little i the woods over there."

[Lightning]

Wolverine: Which house? Mine or hers? Also, I would love to live in the woods. It is nice and dark in those woods. I love the dark. I also like to feel iscolated sort of, and I would in the woods. I have a secret passage in my house the leads to a secret place. It is fun to play hide and seek in my house with people who don't know where the secret passage is, because I would win very easily. The secret passage has soundproof walls, which is really cool!

[perfectpichu]

"Wow that's cool Wolverine!" I said. I then whispered something in Rall's ear and grinned.

[Agent Orange]

OOC: I am talking to PP over Im.

"Hey...yeah!"


I grinned and turned to Wolverine.

"SNOWBALL FIGHT!" me and Kala yelled in unison.

[Lightning]

*A white ball of snow flew at me, and I ducked to dodge.*

Wolverine: Hey, I have some fast reflexes, so it'll be harder than that to get me by surprise.

*I gathered up a lot of snow, packed it in a ball, and threw it at Kala.*

[perfectpichu]

"Duck and cover!!!!" I shouted as I pulled Rall behind a tree, "Ha! You missed!"

I started throwing a barrage of snowballs at Wolverine.


OOC: Well... I gotta go people. Be back on soon.

[Lightning]

*I dodged most of the snowballs, and used psychic on others to send them back at Rall and Kala. But two or three did hit me, and they felt so warm.*

[Agent Orange]

Diving behind a tree, I dove and threw a snowball at wolverine from the air.

"Yahoo!"

[Lightning]

*I jumped on my belly, and started to slide towards Kala. I slide tackled her, and she went face first into the snow. Then I started pegging her with more snowballs.*

[Agent Orange]

I built up a huge wad of snow and snuck up behind Wolf, and dropped it on his head.

"Gotcha!"

I said, laughing gleefully

[Lightning]

*I landed face-first in the snow as the snowball dropped on me. I grinned under all the snow. I dug my feet under the ground, and packed some snow carefully into a ball. Then, blindly, I threw it out of my feet, and it landed on the side of Rall's head.*

[Agent Orange]

Laughing, I fell back into a pile of snow.

Getting up, I adressed my new friends.

"Hey, you guys want to come over my place? I can make hot chocolate...or coffee, if you like the stuff..."

[Lightning]

Wolverine: Sure, I love hot chocolate!

*I got up out of the snow.*

[perfectpichu]

"Sure!" I said happily as I threw my last ten snowballs at Wolverine from behind.

[Agent Orange]

I watched as 10 snowballs flew at Wolverine.

Splat! Oof!

Grimancing, I turned and said, "Yeah, ok....follow me then!"

I said as I walked towards the woods.

I quickly ran off, laughing, and followed Rall before Wolverine had a chance to pulverise me.


OOC: I'm sorry in advance if I spell things completely wrong. My spelling s*cks in plain english.

OOC: I nevor noticed anythang wong wifh yur speeling. Lol, Just kidding.


I looked back, and arriving at my house, I opened the door and gestured for them to come in.

"You guys can have a seat in the living room, I'll gom make some Hot Chocolate."

I said, and walked into the kitchen.

IC: "Thanks." I said as I walked into the building, "Nice place you got here. It's very homey(sp?). But I'm surprised that your tail hasn't caught it on fire yet." I joked.

[Agent Orange]

"Tell me about it." I said chuckling

A little while later, I came back with 2 cups of Hot Chocolate, and I put them down on the coffee table.

[perfectpichu]

"Thanks! It looks delicious!" I said as I picked up one of the cups.

I immediately took a small sip of the hot cocoa(sp?) without letting it cool off.(I think you can see where this is going. lol) As I was setting the cup back down, everyone saw my face tighten, and my eyes widen. I assumed that everyone thought I was going to explode.

"Ow..." Was all that I said, "That was hot."


OOC: Like I was saying.... my spelling S*CKS!!!!.... And I know I'm not having this make any sence. You know... Having a Flareon that burns her tongue on hot cocoa. But.... WHO THE HECK CARES???!!!!!! XD

[Agent Orange]

"Yeah, kinda...keep in mind that a fire type lives here."

I looked at Wolverine.

"You might want to wait a few hours before you drink that..."

[Lightning]

Wolverine: Naw, all I have to do is this!

*I blew on the hot cocoa, as steam immediately stopped coming from the hot cocoa. I had used a minor icy wind, and it almost froze the chocolate drink, but it didn't.*

Wolverine: There we go! Now it isn't too hot for me. Now I guess you could call it cold cocoa. Aren't you gonna drink some, Rall?

*I drank some of my delicious chocolate drink.*

[Agent Orange]

"Nah, personally I hate the stuff, but most pokemon like it so I figured you guys might"

I looked over at the fireplace, and suddenly had a little thought, Wolverine is part ice.

Thinking about what the PIA would have to say about a melted houseguest, I decided not to light it. Instead I walked over to the cabinet and opened it up, revealing the TV.

"You guys wanna watch something? I don't espeicially care what."

[Lightning]

Wolverine: I don't really care what either. I guess it is up to Kala to decide.

[perfectpichu]

"Wolverine... so ya know... You accidentally made my drin cold as well. Oh well..." I said.

I picked up the cup and blew a small flamethrower under it to heat it up.

"There. Now it's just as hot as it was before. I love it when it's so hot it hurts me.... Umm... I don't really have a preference on shows. Anything's fine with me."
