Pokemon Ranger Help

Alright, I need help again.
SPOILER WARNING FOR RANK 9 OR LOWER!

Alright, I am -FINALLY- inside the Go-Rock Squad base.... and, I am confoundedly trapped by the stupid alarm things. Is there a way to get past it? I got past the first 4 by looking at the pattern, but there is one where its something like;

Your meter bar is blocking the pattern, and after trying over 30 times I have given up, its too ridiculous, someone please help.

Each of them has a pattern, it's just a matter of working out what it is.

I found a bit of a walkthrough. It's kinda confusing, but maybe it will help.

Not too far in, you'll see those red sensors. A good process to go through is to stand back and observe for a little bit and then proceed when you think it's okay. This first one shouldn't require much timing or thinking but at least take care to avoid them. Go through the next door to meet a more difficult patch of sensors. The way to get through this one is between its cycles. To start, wait until they're all lined up on the top and walk through the bottom.

The next one also has two rows and four columns. Two red ones move counterclockwise in the tiles, so just follow one slowly to get through. Next, you'll have a two row, five column one. This one goes in series of fours, and it moves symmetrically. To get through, wait until the red sensors on the sides are on the bottom and the middle on the top. Go on the top path and left two tiles. Let the tiles move once and then go one left and one down. One more sequence and you're free to go through the next door.

It's not over yet. The next two are similar in their sequences and although you can't see them completely, they are actually quite easy to get by. Wait until all the tiles are lined up on the left and quickly go through the right side. Do this for both ones and go down the stairs.
