Meganium Serious Problem

My Meganium has a serious problem. It has gone on tons of missions, and the only attack it's ever used, literally, ever used, has been just the regular A attack. Could someone help me with this problem if it's even possible?
P.S.(I just recruited Kyogre, yeah!!)

Good job on the recruitment. As for Meganium, go to IQ skill and check "Exclusive Move User". Now it will never use the regular attack.

Ahhh! That's the problem! Thanx for the help dude! I always get IQ and tactics mixed up.
