Theres no universal best nature. It varies from pokemon to pokemon, and even then, there are still a few good choices.

It depends on the mon. Adamant is great on Machamp, but sucks on Alakazam.

For a good general rule for ingame, Adamant on pokemon that will have Physical Attacks, and Modest on pokemon that will have special attacks.

Thats good. Its fire moves might be skrewed up, but in D/P Blazekick will be good.

pritty much what everyone else has been saying... depends on the poke'mon mine though tend to be natures that focus around speed and power my fave combo. Hate defence really (gows angry and thoughs a boulder at a shuckle) mwhahaha.
