As you know every version has so pokemon that are unoptainable right? like on my emerald mawile is normaly unoptainable, but I managed to find one in the dark sector in victory road. Has anyone else have an occurance like this?

thats just straight up bizarre, i had alot of trouble finding feebas, but thats cuz feebas is hard to find, it took about 3.5 hours of fishing, mawile was esay tho

Thats because feebas is retardedly rare. You normally run into mawile alot in most emerald. Some RS unobtainables are
1. Roselia
2. Zangoose (Ithink)
3. Lunatone

I think there are a cuople more though

Yeah, there are "unobtainable" Pokemon on each game, but there are also swarms, which are the only way to catch certain Pokemon. After beating the Elite four (and maybe mixing records), you will see some TV commercials about swarms.

Zangoose is obtainable in Ruby, Seviper in Sapphire. There's an example.

The weird thing is I ran into a zangoose in emerald as well, during my last file.
