My Blaziken

I wanna make the Perfect Blaziken now my first idea was to have the highest attack and speed however i then thought it would be good to have high speed and spc attack now i want to breed this perfection so anyone who can help with ideas please post!!

Also i was wondering if determining the IV or DV was really that important!! i am also breeding a wailmer with the lax nature for defense and Hp and suggestions on that please help!

You must mean IVs and EVs, IMO they are important. You could give your poke a +80 or more in a stat with very good IVs and EV training.
