give it an exp.share then fight in the elite 4 that should get them cracking off level ups

Your team is very unbalanced...
-They all should have about the same levels
-You should evolve them all, since they are very weak in the first form
-They should have much better attack moves (like your Whismur has only one attack move)
-Each Pokemon should have [AT LEAST TWO different type] attack moves (like yours Swellow has four Flying moves, not good)
-You should also think more about type weaknesses/strenghts
Are you a beginner or something? No offence, but that sounds like a pretty bad team.
Oh and, if you want to train your Pokemon, use the Pokenav's "Trainer eyes" section. It lets you know if trainers that you have battled before want to fight you.
Yeah, also, please don't double post. Use the EDIT-button.

your swellow is to high and your not training your starter
Your starter needs to be lvled up more. It should be one of the strongest pokemon in your party next to kyogre.
When you get to the Elite Four(assuming you beat the Gym Leader in Sootopilis) you'll be crushed.

...and when you fight them, you will be crushed. Allow me to show you what you'll be up against one after the other after the other:
*Don't look down if you haven't faced the E4 or would prefer it to be a surprise*
Sidney
Mightyena | Lvl 46
Shiftry | Lvl 48
Cacturne | Lvl 46
Crawdaunt | Lvl 48
Absol | Lvl 49
Sidney's highest leveled pokemon is a mere five levels off your highest leveled pokemon, Swellow. Marshtomp will be a waste of space as either Shiftry or Cacturne will take him out with a grass move. Not to mention that sending Aron out with get him a solid kicking from Crawdaunt. Good luck withstanding Mighteyena and Absol as well.
Phoebe
Dusclops | Lvl 49
Dusclops | Lvl 51
Banette | Lvl 49
Banette | Lvl 49
Sableye | Lvl 50
Now Swellow's only 3 levels off of Phoebe's level 51 Dusclops. Since we're dealing with Ghosts, Whismur is now a goner as he/she can't touch any of Phoebe's pokemon as you haven't varied Whismur's moves. The levels are climbing, most of your pokemon will have been clobbered by Sidney and I doubt you'll get any farther.
Glacia
Glalie | Lvl 50
Sealeo | Lvl 50
Sealeo | Lvl 52
Glalie | Lvl 52
Walrein | Lvl 53
Now you're in for it. Swellow's going to get iced (literally), Breloom and Aron are going to get mullered and Whismur if he isn't already done for will definitely be so now. It'll take a long time and alot of potions for Kyogre's and Marshtomp's take downs and body slams to get through this.
Drake
Shelgon | Lvl 52
Altaria | Lvl 54
Flygon | Lvl 53
Kingdra | Lvl 53
Salamence | Lvl 55
Even though you won't get this far either, I'll post this so you can hatch a plan for when your pokemon are leveled up enough to pose a threat. Kyogre's your only hope for these guys as he has ice beam. Due to the Dragon type's strength, you'll need a heavy hitting pokemon (Kyogre will do, although levelled up Marshtomp into Swampert) with an ice move such as blizzard (Lilycove Dept. Store) or ice beam is your prime idea. Just keep that pokemon out, give it a quick claw if it's slow (found at the pokemon school in Rustboro) and ice them until they're down.
Wallace
Tentacruel | Lvl 55
Wailord | Lvl 57
Gyrados | Lvl 56
Whiscash | Lvl 56
Ludicolo | Lvl 56
Milotic | Lvl 58
Your choice how you take these guys down. Kyogre can learn Thunder, Thunderbolt or Thunder Shock so I'd use that to you're advantage. With Whiscash, you'll just need to knock him down and hope he doesn't use Fissure, a one kit KO'ing move ;)
*End*
Even though it's cheating slightly, you can catch Rayquaza in the Sky Pillar before facing the E4 (I would heavily recommend using the master ball) and teach him Thunder, Fire Blast, Ice Beam and another move of your choice (Solarbeam?) to take down pretty much all of the E4's pokemon bar a couple. Before that though, I'd train up all your pokemon or you will get decked at the first hurdle.

The road between the thrid gym city(cant remember name!) and vanderuf town is good. With two breeders that you can challge multiple times. Then theres always the road too the south under the bike trail if there still not ready too battle.
