Evolving Moves

Ok, I've found out that ... If I evovle my Combusken to Blaziken at level 36
(Blaziken learns Blaze Kick at level 36, Combusken doesn't)
... Blaziken won't learn Blaze kick.

It's the same with Charizard and Wing attack ...

So is it impossible to learn Blaze kick .. or is there a way?

yes, go to Gulpin's Shop And instead of linking moves, click Remember, and it will show you a list of moves that were forgotten
