When Hoppip becomes its final evolved form, it rules. But as just Hoppip, its terrible.

:3 Hoppip is cute and it is not my favorite, but it's something that I would catch after a little. And for some reason, I feel that Hoppip is a copy of Tropius... :P Tropius just figured that as soon it could fly it could replace all of the Hoppip population... ;_;

Well, I always kind of try to promote the lesser-used pokemon, but Hoppip is just pathetic. If it weren't for Synthesis, it wouldn't even have any early-game GSC use. (that is, Synthing and splashing out PP for Bugsy) I guess in an RP/Fanfic setting, it would be useable. It's okay. Plus it's #187 in the National Dex.
