I'm looking everywhere in Meteor Falls. Is there any specific area i need to look in there?

I just can't seem to find it anywhere. Its Golbats and Solrocks. Can you guys give me some help?

It's in the same room where you found TM Dragon Claw, where you have to Surf across the body of water to get to the TM. Bagon is found in that room (on the land) but it may take a while. It's seen at Levels 25-35.

I think that you also need waterfall??? And I've seen them at lv15-17

no they are lvl 25-35 thats all i have seen and i have 3 salemences and 9 bagons (looking for the right nature)
