Well, I need to get this cleared up quickly.
In the URPG, stat growth being defined as the increase or decrease of a certain stat, eg: atk, def, spD, etc.
Do they go by the charts in this method:
http://hexagonal.pkmn.co.uk/statgrow.html
http://www.angelfire.com/pa4/jman/statgrow.html
The two links are virtually identical, but the first one is for RS and the latter for GSC (Note the difference in dealing with Critical Hits)
I was told that stat growth was 25% per increment, and 25% per level of decrease, which makes not a lot of sense, honestly, because if you have a -6 defense your defense would be -50%, which is.. what, 0?
So yeah, strongly suggest putting the stat growth scale on either one of those pages up, it's easy, it's effective, and will clear the matter up with everyone.
Side note: the first page is RS research, the second is GSC research, and there's detailed explanations of how Critical hits work and such, so maybe they can be used as reference tools for all refs going in for a ref test, as well as brush up material for old refs.
