Yah, my gold saves, but the time of day never saves. I guess it's because it's a very old game. It's never happened to me, but I don't know if you can save it.

The battery has died. You can't save any more. Same thing happened to my crystal.

Yeah, this should go in G/S/C, and my Silver Version won't save either... ;_;

The Big N does not replace batteries anymore but if you know how you can do it yourself. The GB games use the same type of battery as a watch :)

At least you can play your game.... Mine wont load. At all. And it transferred to Japanese or something, so when it come to this screena after it doesnt load, I dont know what it says...

If You Want Games To Work:

1-Get a PSP
2-Download The Emulator
3-Download The Rom
4-Put Them in The PSP

In The PSP There's Something Named State Save Where You Can Save 9 Times . The Save Don't Erase a Single Time.

Both of my 2nd generation games, Gold and Crystal, have had their respective batteries go out a little while ago. Since I got Gold version, I've had to restart the game 3 times because of my data being erased by (presumably) the battery.

Strange enough, my Blue version's battery hasn't gone dead yet. It seems this is a trend everywhere though, I think the batteries in G/S/C were just defects.
