Hello! I am jek! for free time I make signatures.

I dunno about the blurring technique that you use...It's a really good effect, but I wouldn't use it on every banner if I were you. Just a tip. :]

Oh my gosh, I love that neji banner. You dont think I could use it, do you... ? I'm obssessed with teh Hyugas. I'll give credit.
