Something unusual on my sharked Eevees

At 9pm, I evolved my Eevee to Espeon
At 9am, I evolved my other Eevee to Umbreon

Isn't that a bit weird on RS, that the day and night evolution seems 'reversed?' I know on GSC, they evolve right on night/day.

If you did, maybe some other code got mixed into it.
