Ok, this is my banner shop. If you want examples, I've posted some in my gallery, and there are a few in the Image request thread.

I'll take 2 requests at a time, check the title to see how many requests are left. I might extend the amount, but its 2 for now.

Fill out the form, or at least give me a description of the background and the main image(s).
