BTW im making a rule on FFAs since some of you refs are abusing them, when they are for special occasions. :| (Stay tuned)
Plus most of the newbie refs who are considered new are reffing them as well. Even if you have been a ref for like 2months it doesnt mean anything (COUGH MAY COUGH)

Yea I should have said slow two weeks but W/E and 4wr = 4 word rule, so I have NO IDEA what you're complaining about.

You don't have to call him stupid at every oppertunity you get; he's still learning and has been doing fine recently, imo.

Also ST, 4WR doesn't make your post legitimate. Try to make a sentence.

Also Chris, thanks for the wages.

Thanks for the money.

Of course...the reason I ref FFA's is for the challenge not for the money...I'm going to ref FFA's without taking the money if it satisfies you. Deal?

May, FFA's are supposed to be for fun; and the ref must be qualified enough for reffing them correctly. If wrongly reffed, it's not fair, and it's no fun.
If you're saying that you ref them for the challenge....that means you're stating that you're not yet ready for reffing them.
Yes, maybe it's good experience, but... I don't feel that's the place for you to get it.
Plus, we want to limit the amount of FFA's because they're getting abused by the members... not only the ref is implied here.

Back in my day, they paid your reffing with two sticks of chewing gum and an old shoe...

*sigh* Everything's going downhill...

Anyway, Dux, glad you're making rules for FFA. Though I don't want you to limit them too harshly. It would ruin the spirit of random, chaotic battles!

I must disagree Harry, that's what we payed you... since well, you can't use the money in that hospital room.
If you don't get what the shoe is for... well, don't ask =P
FFA's are supposed to be special...not daily massacres in which a lot of money's given.

Good sir, it's called a retirement home, not a hospital. I'm not dead yet.

You're right about FFA's. Didn't we used to only allow certain refs do them?

I also remember refs had to get permission from an Official too before reffing.
