Shazam. New member, new spriting thread. I'm a new spriter, so I can't do a lot of things others can, but what I can do, I do very well. I love coming up with new styles of spriting, which is the main reason why I feel I need a thread. =]

I'm curious, how do you do the paper sprites? Is that original sprite art from you?

They look pretty cool. A little like the Trozei ones, except the whole sprite.

LOL, me? Scratch sprite? You're funny.

It's sort of an imprecise science, but you basically just make all of the outlines (not just the ones going around the sprite, all the lines inside the sprite as well) black. Then you recolor away all the shading, and finally, you go around the sprite in black again.

They take a while, but the aesthetic is very pleasing IMO.

And Pikablu, your sprites are done. Just gotta upload them to Photobucket and you'll be set ^_^.
