You do realize that you can use any move that your Pokemon naturally knows, don't you? Technically, everyone's Pokemon is level 100. You evolve through battling, and you can buy TM's. At least, that's how I thought it was.

My fault, Numel was supposed to be faster. I changed the last stats a bit.
