To release him would be best; Togetic is HORRIBLE pokémon all around. Low stats, can't benefit from STAB...just disgraceful.

Naturally, the only move togetic is worth of is Metronome.... But it's only good if it gives u moves like ThunderWave .... Never the less it's a worst poke...I kept him once for fly, dought....
