I know this might sound a bit stupid, but how do you download fonts from the internet? I've seen a lot of banners and other stuff that have fonts that you don't usually get on a computer....

www.1001fonts.com has many, many fonts you can download, yet there are many more sites that offer free fonts for you to use.

Once you download one, unzip and extract the contents. Then, open up the folder you get from the extraction and then copy and paste the Truetype file into your Fonts folder, which can be found under the Control Panel folder.

dafont.com is the site I use for fonts... I like it better than 1001 personally. Your choice. There are ohers out there as well... you just gotta search for them.

Thanks muchly for the help, guys! I won't be able to try it out 'til I get home tomorrow, 'cause I'm going to Ocean Shores today and staying in a hotel for the night....and I don't have a laptop. :dazed:

EDIT: Ack, I'm sorry to bother you people again, but I just realized that I don't know how to unzip files..... X.X

Here's a site I use for downloading fonts: http://www.themeworld.com/fonts/index.shtml

For instructions on how to install fonts, go here: http://www.themeworld.com/support/fonts-install.shtml

I install my fonts that way, but I usually drag them from their unzipped font folder and into the Fonts folder... either way workds though :silly: At least to my knowledge...
