Evolving Into A Umbreon?

Ok im trying to evolve a eevee into a Umbreon. I was manage to get it before on my other account but now im having a tough time. Also this is Emerald Version so people say i can evolve eevee into Umbreon/Espeon

1.) I know the AM, PM idea.
2.) I know about the making it happy and liking you.
3.) Telling if its liking you and stuff ( It says its liking me alot )
4.) Kinda used some of the berries ( can i over do it? )

Eevee can evolve into either Umbreon or Espeon, which I believe this is random. You may want to give it a soothe bell that can boost Eevee's happiness quickly. According to my opinion, Pokémon that evolves through happiness can easily evolves if you raise it from low level, I suggest you to equip it Exp. Share, and use powerful Pokémon to help him to level up.

i had the same trouble tured out i had to make it happy then have it grow a level after midnight but before noon so at about 1:00am - 11:00am and that should do it if it's happy enough and i know that the time thing seems wrong but it's not i got mine to evolve at one o-clock in the morning and it evolved it to umbreon and at one o-clock in the afternoon it evoved into a espeon

Im not sure that is true because your suppose to have it in the first party slot and also i tried that way with another eevee. No dice..... but the soothe bell is a smart idea. Where can i get one of those??

It doesn't matter if its in the first pary spot, or not. And if you have it at max happiness, and want an Umberon, level it up at night. After 6 PM. You have to level it up before it evolves.

There are different stages of happiness, and your Eevee isn't quite happy enough to evolve yet. You need to get Eevee to the next stage after that one. So when the woman says "It seems to be very happy. It obviously likes you a whole lot" then you can get it up one level and it will evolve.

You haven't done anything wrong, you just need to keep carrying it around with you and increasing it's happiness.
