Found rare Gyarados(I think??)

Ok i was fishing in soothopolis city and i stmbled upon a level 5 Gyarados, so im thinking dont magickarp evolve at level 20.
So i caught it and it was adament nature and it had pretty good stats. I was wondering is this rare or have any of you guys found a lv.5 Gyarados to?
Or have any of you found any pokemon at a wierd level?

They're pretty rare, but I've heard of other people catching incredibly low leveled Gyarados in Sootopolis, so... Meh.

Oh I thought it was rare because I was looking for a shiny one and a level 5 Gyarados came out so I thought it was rarer than a shiny pokemon, so i guess i thought wrong.

Yeah, it's hard to find a garados in sootopolis, especially a level 5 one, thats like almost encountering a shiny pokemon.

Nah, encountering shinies must be at least five times rarer.

LOl ok so it isnt that rare but eh I used tha IV calculator and I got 29 in attack and 31 in speed so im kinda happy.

That's not rare, thats lucky! Adamant with 29 Attack IV? Hell, you'll be between 375 and 380 if you EV train him right!

But I'm not too jealous... I have a Heracross with a 31 Attack IV and everything else above average... :biggrin:

Yeah, I have one like that also. I have Hp Ghost on it. It took me forever. I kept on breeding and breeding...
