Duskull in Sapphire???

I was walking around in tall grass in my Sapphire version and i came across a wild Duskull!!!! Of course i caught it, but isn't Duskull only sopposed to be in Ruby version? What happened?

No Duskull is in both Ruby and Sapphire. I should know (I always catch one on my sapphire:biggrin: ).
