HELP! rooftop clear out sales

I've been playing for a while now and there is never a rooftop sale and theres never anything on the tv's about it?


yeah i've bet the elite four but the lottery doesn't work I always get told to come back tommorow!

does the lotery go once a day and did you beat the elete 4

Maybe the internal battery has run dry or something like that. In which case time-based events will never occur.

Try planting common berries and see if they grow in half a day's time. Or check the clock in your house. I dunno, never happened to me before though I've heard of such things.

u also have the clock glitch
get F/R or L/G to fix it
