Hardest Starters set to get.

What starter set (As in Johto starters, Hoenn Starters , Kanto Starters) was the most diffucult for you to get?

Eh, I'm not sure what you mean, but I think it's Treecko's line, followed by Torchic, then Mudkips.

What do you mean? You get the other non-hoen starter sets by trading with other people by FR, LG, and pokemon coliseum. So getting the other sets shouldn't be any easier or harder from each other, just depending on if you know anyone with those games.

Probably cyndoquil totodile and chickorita since there is now game where you can get them as starter or you have to trade for them or breed an evolution.

Probably Chicorita/Cyndaquil/Totodile in Emerald because you have to complete the hoen pokedex, which is crap for me because I don't (or any of my friends) have Ruby. :/

You can get the GSC starters from Colosseum as finallegacy said (you can get 2 of them per each save game). Thats where I got mine. Problem is though that you have to purify them and beat the game before you can trade them over. The other way to get the GSC starters (completing the Dex) is probably more difficult.

Never said they weren't tough. If you are asking which starters are the hardest to get then yes, generally the GSC starters are the hardest. However it all depends what you have available to you. If you didn't have FR/LG but had Colisseum then the RBY starters would be the most difficult to get. The question is pretty vague and there isn't really a good answer for it.
