I bet this topic was made at least once but I'm wondering.

Is Aipom going to be like Pikachu and stay with Ash for the whole Pokemon show?Or is Aipom going to Oak's when Ash's journey in Sinnoh is over.

If you ask me,it would be so cool if Aipom is going to be like Pikachu and stay with him.But then again,Ash is forced to capture less Sinnoh pokemon unless Ash returns Aipom.But personally,I think it would be great if Aipom stays.

Aipom stays with Ash, from what I've read in the current season going on in Japan. THere is a rumor he 'might' evolve, but that's just a rumor. So far to my understanding, at least 25 episodes of Diamond/Pearl have been shown in Japan, but I think Starly might know the answer to that one.

I don't want to detail any possible spoilers, best to disregard what you may hear or read since Japan is a day ahead and a year ahead in Pokemon.:crackup:

Well chances are he will evolve into his new evo which is a sinnoh pokemon...a good way to showcase it IMO. And yeah it would be good if it stays for ever.

You know how Ash gets a pokemon in each region that stays with him, Pikachu, Aipom, Treeko, ect. I don't think that Aipom is going to evolve if Pikachu doesn't. But that could just be me. I know Aipom will stay with Ash. Why, I don't even know. Aipom is more of a side pokmeon, considering Chikorita and Squirtle... no offence to those who are Aipom fans.

Ash's Aipom is most likely staying only for Sinnoh.

Ill bet you or anyone else anything that Ash's aipom WILL evolve during this region/season. Seeing how it actually has an evolution now it will definatly evolve later on in the anime.

Thats what I kind of thought. And then said when Aipom was going along and they released all the D/P pokemon and I saw its evolution I thought that they might have had Aipom go and to also evolve or something. @___@

I think if it does stay for ever it probably won't evolve cause of the thing with pickachu.
Aipom will most probably evolve, because I say thats why the writers had ash capture aipom because of the new evo.

He will evolve after Ash recieves his 2nd badge from the Shinnoh region

Aipom shouldn't. It steals Ash's hat, is kinda annoying saying "Aipa!" all the time, and was only caught so it could evolve. No offence Aipom fans.
